Notes to the rental rates

• We make 10% discount for the bookings 3 weeks and 15% discount for the bookings more than 4 weeks. We take £120 damage deposit and handle it back as soon as you check out if there is no any damage in the property or furniture. Deposits shall be paid 2 months in a advance and all 30% is refundable in case of any cancellation if you let us know 4 weeks before your stay. We can prepare your fridge as you want prior to your stay , so that would be enough you to let us know before.

You will find your apartment very clean when you check-in and we do free housekeeping at the end of every week for the stays longer than 2 weeks. We can also arrange Turkish Sim Card for your mobile if you let us know minimum a week before.
