Completed in 2007, this bright and attractive 3rd floor apartment with private sun terrace has panoramic views from the mountains to the Mediterranean. The superb, sand-duned Agua Blanca beach is just a 2-minute walk. The spacious private sun deck on the roof terrace has panoramic views of the mountains, sea and surrounding area. Al Fresco dining is mandatory! The terrace enjoys splendid sunsets throughout the year, and is ideal for a romantic diner, or entertaining friends. A five minute stroll down the palm-lined pedestrian way brings you to the restaurants and bars of Oliva Playa. Another 6 minutes will take you to additional dining and entertainment at Pau Pi. Oliva Nova resort, with it’s PGA championship course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, is practically next door to this section of Oliva Playa. The resorts boasts a full spa, restaurants and bars. A 10-minute drive takes you to all the amenities in the town of Oliva.

Oliva is wonderfully situated for exploring the towns and villages along the Costa Blanca, or roaming the beautiful Safor Mountains. For sailing enthusiasts, the apartment is just one hour from Valencia, the 2007 host of the Americas Cup. Kiko Port and Club Nautico 5 minute drive. Historic Gandia is great for shopping, and is 15 minute drive. The port od Denia is 20 minute drive. Theme Parks: Vergel Safari Park, 15 minutes Terra Mitica, theme park, Benidorm, 1 hour; Aqualandia water park, Benidorm, 1 hour; Mundomar, marine park, Benidorm, 1 hour. Golf: Oliva Nova, 10 minute drive. Ferries: to Ibiza & Majorca from Denia port, 20 minute drive. Safor Mountains, 20 minute drive. Because of the stairs, the apartment would not be suitable for the very old or infirm.

Notes: The apartment is accessed by three easy flights of stairs. There is no lift, so this would not be suitable for families with young children or elderly & infirm. Street parking is available, with additional parking behind the apartment building. The third bedroom (at the terrace level) contains a sofa bed. This room is also furnished as an upstairs lounge. This is strictly non-smoking accommodation. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
