The CHAPELLE DU BRUOUX, the whole farmhouse: Large 380 m² farmhouse sleeping a maximum of 17 persons in 7 bedrooms – elegant and high standard decoration. 35 000 m² ground completely fenced with electrical gate. Large SECURED pool with fences and alarms. Private TENNIS in the property. All linens are included: sheets and covers, towels and pool towels. Maid service twice a week for 3 hours. If you need more hours, it can be organized upon request, as well as a cook and a babysitter. Off July and August, you will be able to rent the houses separately: 'Fanny”, 180 m² - 3 bedrooms sleeping 6. “Marius” - 90 m² – 2 bedrooms sleeping 5 (+ a baby) – see description. Some gastronomic weeks, full board, for small groups of 7 – 8 people. Many visits – cooking classes – 2 chefs - 2.500 € per person and we are coming to pick you up at the airport.

Notes to the rental rates

• The rental price is all charge included. The cleaning service, twice a week for 3 hours, is included as well as heating during winter, and electricity.
  The telephone is not included and is to be paid at the end of stay.
  We ask for a security deposit of 3.000 € - A rental contract is send to the tenants with mention of the deposit.
  We also ask for a deposit of 30% upon booking - The balance has to be paid one month before arrival. For foreign people: we will ask for bank account details (IBAN) for any payment by transfer.
