This villa is contemporary decorated throughout and the rooms are all designed to maximise space and be light and airy. The villa has a large, open plan lounge/living area, decorated in pastel lemon colours with matching soft furnishings. Modern artwork and local ceramics compliment this spacious and well-appointed room giving it a welcoming feel. There is also a dining area and chairs. This area has satellite TV including BBC1 and 2, ITV London and C4 and a Mini Hi-Fi system. An American Style kitchen is complete with all modern appliances. All bedrooms have fitted robes and fans. There are two double rooms, one with ensuite and doors onto the patio and a twin room. The pool is heated and private with tropical vegetation and a decked and tiled sun terrace surround. This villa offers an enclosed private parking space. Situated in the peaceful and relaxing residential area of Sueno Azul in the resort of Callao Salvaje. The resort is very safe for families or those trying to get away from the “Costa Attitude.” If the sun is going to shine, it’s going to shine here in Callao Salvaje, averaging more sunshine than any other resort. It is also part of the Pearl Coastline that runs from La Caleta to the upmarket resort of Los Gigantes. A short stroll away from the villa is the main resort consisting of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. There are a few hotels, which offer use of gym, Jacuzzi etc for a small fee. The beach is part sand, part pebble. However there is a small jetty, which is ideal for those wishing to fish or snorkel. The championship golf course in Adeje is a short drive away for those wishing to absorb the beauty of the south coast. Taxis and buses are readily available for those wishing to explore the bustling resort of Playa De Las Americas and Los Christanos.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Changeover day is preferred Friday to Friday but any day changeovers are also considered.
    Prices exclude flights and any transfers.
    Pool heating is only in operation during the winter months, ie 1 November until 30 Apr.
  • A deposit will be required upon booking. This is non refundable in teh event of cancellation.
    Balance is due six weeks before travel. Departures within 6 weeks will be required to pay full balance at time of booking.
    Payment is accepted via BACS and Bankers Draft (By prior arrangement only)
    All BACS transfer from outside of the UK will have £24 added to the balance to cover transfer fees.
  • NOTE As at 14th October 2009, due to the threat of postal strikes, payment by Bankers Draft is currently suspended.

Swimming Pool: The pool is classically designed with roman style steps leading into the shallow end. The mosaic dolphin that is evident on the bottom and the mosaic Greek Key design will thrill children. Although Tenerife can be guaranteed to boast all year round sunshine, the pool is heated during the winter months (October to April) as it can become cool during the evenings. Therefore, a pool cover is provided. This enables the heat to be contained during the night and thus, keep the pool at a pleasant temperature for your use during your stay. There is a pool cleaning service once a week.

Your Safety & Security: We want you to have an safe and enjoyable stay, therefore, the following pieces of equipment are fitted: Smoke Alarms, Water fire extinguisher, anti slip tiles around pool area, plastic beakers for outdoor use. Security grills with doors are fixed to patio doors. This villa is privately owned and currently has no outstanding debts owed. Your holiday is guaranteed! You are strongly advised to book all flights with a credit card (CC). Should your chosen airline go into administration, you are covered by your CC company.

The villa is in a quiet location but also within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants.The pool is very clean and was the warmest we have ever had. It was lovely, especially on a really hot afternoon. The towels and bed linen were all clean. It is a really nice villa and very secure. The only thing that I could say against it is that it just needed a sweep and a mop.
We travelled with 3 teenagers and they enjoyed it.
There is an internet shop close by so kids can keep in touch with mates back home.

We enjoyed a good holiday here with the lovely pool proving a big hit with the family,good location with supermarkets,bars and restaurants only 5-10 mins walk away, very secure and private,we enjoyed the bar-be-que,good selection of tv programmes, we hired a high chair through the villas managment company and on first try the strap broke however we reported it and got a replacment the next day, on arrival it was obvious that the villa floor had not been brushed or mop-ed properly, and there was a horrible looking furry substance the area size of a dustbin lid on the second bath/utillitie work top(couldnt miss it), we scrubbed it with hot water and it was like new,didnt take 5 mins! shame, dont know if this review will reach the website! but it is a true reflection of our visit with mostly positive comments just a shame about the cleaning

Me and my family my best mate and my sister came to callo salvaje on november 07 for a two week stay. As much as we loved the small town itself i think we all agreed that coming home to the this villa was the best part of the holiday. On arrival at the villa we just found that it was very clean and extreamlly tidy. rooms all well sized and plenty of space to unpack your suite case. On top of all of that the villa is located in the most ideal spot. 2min walk to the small bakery 5 min walk to all the small shops/ resturant/ and most important pubs. Not that were trying to sound sad but the fact the villa has a washing machine meant that we could travel home and not worry bout unpacking 4 suite cases to wash. Overall ideal location and very good value for money.
