The penthouse apartment comprises 3 bedrooms (1xdble +en-suite, 2xtwin) sleeps 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use (No beach towels). The penthouse apartment has 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies (patio furniture available) (1 off master bedroom, 1 off lounge which is south facing). Air conditioning in every room(cool and warm settings) For your entertainment there is a wall mounted LCD TV, DVD, freeview with English channels and mini hi fi system. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, microwave/grill, fridge freezer, a kettle and a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. We have also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. Selection of books and board games. The penthouse has access to a shared swimming pool and garden. From the main balcony you have panoramic views which include sea views and the local golf coarse. If you are driving there is a gated private car park.

The village itself hosts a variety of amenities such as bars,restaurants,banks,shops and super markets,all within 10 to 15 minute walk. Local activities include golf,cycling,quad biking,fishing,water sports and tennis. The beach and marina are just 15 minute walk. A perfect location for golfers,there are 3 excellent courses within 30 minutes drive,including Almerimar,La Envia and Playa Serena. Further out there are several nature reserves situated inland ideal for hikers and nature lovers. For skiers,the Sierra Navada mountains are within 2 hours drive. Close to this is Granada. Just 40 minutes away is our own wild west town called Mini Hollywood. Almerimar is ideal for families of all ages and has a perfect balance of relaxation and activities,therefore you can make your holiday to suit your specific needs. The village has a traditional Spanish feel and the option for traditional cuisine.
