Villa on family estate, private pool set in 6 acres of olive terraces.

Self catering villa set 6 acres of olive terraces and ancient vineyard in absolute peace a true feeling of Provence. The property has its own private pool (6/4m) within its own small fenced garden.The villa is adjacent to the main house where the owners family live,however there is ample space and privacy. There are no neighbours looking onto the property the nearest being 200 yards away .There are 3 double bedrooms, one which is particularly private having its own ensuite and access from the garden,however it remains very much part of the villa. The villa is on one level with no steps. It is bright ,airy and modernised . From the lounge there is a lovely covered dining terrace, overlooking the garden. Valbonne village is within easy walking distance,it is a delightful village with an abundance of restaurants from pizza to gourmet and a provencal market. The villa is 15 mins from the beaches of Cannes and Juan-les-pins. Sorry no pets, as we have 2 friendly dogs and cats.

There are lovely forest walks from the villa and a 9 hole golf course within a short walk,or the famous courses like the Royal Mougins are only a drive.away.The Gorges de Verdon is ideal for swimming and exploring ,while the resorts of Valberg and Isola are also within reach. Antibes station is only 15 mins providing easy access to Italy, Monaco, and St Tropez . The famous perfume town of Grasse lies in the hills behind Valbonne and there are wonderful shops to be found in towns of Nice, Cannes and Antibes. A great location to discover what the Cote D`Azur has to offer or one can just sit back, relax and sample a touch of Provence .

The family have 2 lovely dogs but they are not allowed into the viilas garden.

Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg are only 1hr 45 mins away depending on traffic. Greolieres which is only 45 mins is ideal for beginners and children, also offers very good cross-country skiing and walking.

Walking Tracks

The Villa adjoins a Natural forest reserve which provides great walks.There is a small river which can be reached in 30 mins, with pretty areas for picnics. Within a short drive it is possible to find many walking areas some with breathtaking views.

Golf Information:

Victoria Golf club is a 9 hole course with range, restaurant and professional coach. Royal Mougins, Opio Valbonne, Chateau de la Begude and The Grande Bastide are 10-15 mins away.
