Newly renovated unit in excellent complex located on a channel of the inter-coastal waterway. Quiet and private. Sleeps up to 4. Condo rules require a 2 WEEK RENTAL or longer, shorter rentals NOT permitted. On site pool. Beach is less than 5 minutes walk. Tennis, golf, water sports, shopping are only minutes away. Good restaurants only a few steps away. This unit is on the second level of the building. Excellent and private for young or senior couples. The Fort Lauderdale Airport is only a 15 minute drive south. Miami International Airport 50 km - 45 minute drive south.
