A stunning brand new spacious 1 and 2 bed apartment situated on the much sought after Cape Salema development, in the wonderful area of Palm Mar which is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartments are South-West facing with fantastic panoramic sea views and all day sun. The complex has a beautiful swimming pool including a separate children’s pool, sunbathing area with all day sun set in landscaped gardens. A stunning 1 bedroom apartment situated on the 3rd floor with fantastic panoramic sea views situated on the much sought after Cape Salema development in Palm Mar, ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is South-West facing with a beautiful swimming pool including a children’s pool, sunbathing area with all day sun set in landscaped gardens. This property boasts a fully fitted kitchen, 1 large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and views of the communal swimming pools (plus a large double sofa bed in the lounge), bathroom, all windows are fitted with double glazing and security blinds, marble flooring throughout, spacious lounge leading out onto the terrace which holds fabulous views of over Palm Mar and unrestricted sea views capturing all day sun. There is dining table and seating for up to 6 persons in the dining area, and a table and seating for up to 4 persons on the balcony, along with a comfort chair and rocking chair.

Palm-Mar lies in between a mountain on one side and a natural reserve on the other and enjoys a real micro-climate, and disposes of a tranquil and wonderful bay. The natural reserve is the habitat of several indigenous Canarian flora and fauna. The reserve is perfect for hiking and horse riding, or just to enjoy the typical Canarian nature. A commercial centre with a central position provide all the necessary amenities like bars, restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, shops, banks, etc., with excellent communication via roads and public transport with the neighbouring areas such as Los Cristianos, Las Galletas and the airport just 10min away. For golf players this is also an ideal area, because there are several golf courses nearby. The apartment is minutes from the new seafront promenade which stretches along the sea front and contains a small children play and seating to relax and soak up the sun. Nearby diving facilities are available within the most tranquil part of the coastline.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To book we require £100 deposit (Non Refundable), with full balance paid 8 weeks before departure. Payment by cheque please. The property is privately owned & a security deposit of £100 is required & should accompany the final booking payment. The Security Holding Deposit is in case of breakages, loss or damage to furnishings, bedding, keys etc. The security deposit will be returned as soon as the keys are returned to us.
    We do everything possible to ensure all facilities are available, but we accept no liability for any lack of facilities due to any circumstances outside of our control.
  • All prices are for the entire rental of the Apartment per week (There are no hidden charges). This includes the provision of clean bed linen and towels (however for stays over 1 month you would need to provide your own) and cleaning of your apartment following your departure. We can arrange for our maid to service the apartment daily/weekly if required at additional cost paid directly to the local maid.
    We work on a friendly flexible approach to change-overs & ask all arriving & departing guests to do the same.
    SPECIAL RATES ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST FOR ANY STAY LONGER THAN 1 WEEK.
  • PRICE QUOTED IS FOR UP TO 4 PERSONS ONLY.

    The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before traveling.

There are golf courses close by and a number of diving and wind surfing schools schools nearby. The apartment has a selection of DVD's, Music CD's and soon there will be a selection of books available for use. The TV receives mainly Spanish channels, however, there are also some English and German channels available. The nearby beach will provide you with an opportunity to spot dolphins on a daily basis. Hot, relaxing, fun week in Tenerife!

I stayed in the one bed apartment with my husband for a week and i loved it. The apartment is in just the right place to enjoy everything Tenerife has to offer, not too far and not too near from the main towns. With the directions given the drive from and too the airport was easy. I felt the apartment was home from home, very clean, modern and spacious. We regularly spent evenings enjoying the sea view and sunset from the balcony. This was my first stay in an apartment as i usually stay in a hotel, however we enjoyed this alot more. You have a pool area that is constantly in the sun, with a nice breeze coming over now and again. Although the busy part of Tenerife is just round the corner we spent most of our time in the bars and restaurants around the apartments as everything we needed was in walking distance. I definately would come again and am currently speaking with another couple to possibly go to the 2 bed for the four of us this summer. I have already recommended this to friends and family. Thank you for a great holiday.

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment with our 2 children for 8 days..here was a beautiful view of the beach, but here is no place for swimming...Palm Mar was very peaceful and relaxing but may be too quiet, for young people..We rented a car for good money and we solve this problem with swimming..The best beaches is near in Los Cristianos or Los Americas...La Vistas beach was the best!...

Our apartment was clean and modern with plenty of space, there was a beautiful view of the beach and a short distance away from Los Cristianos where there was bars and resturants then you could come back to a nice quiet enviroment. There were lots of bars and places to eat near the appartment and only a short distance from siam park the new water park the best in the world, jungle park and also monkey land. This was a great holiday and we would like to come back again some time, the pool was big and had views around it which was lovely. At night you could have the fan on and patio doors and a window open to get the air circulating so it was nice and cool. It was everything we wanted and more the people were very friendly and welcoming thank you for a great holiday!!!!!!!

Luxury 2 Bed Apartment, Palm Mar

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment with our 2 children for 10 days at end of March/early April 2008. Excellent apartment which had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The complex is well maintained and the pool was cleaned daily. This was our first visit to Tenerife and we hired a car for the duration of our stay. The owner provided directions to the apartment from the airport which were easy to follow and also information on places of interest on the island, good restaurants etc, which we found very useful. The resort of Palm Mar is still in the early stages of development but there were enough restaurants and cafe bars within walking distance of the apartment to ensure that we did not have to use our car in the evenings unless we wanted to. We found the service and quality in the local restaurants very good. There is no beach in the resort but we found plenty of lovely beaches within easy travelling distance. Palm Mar was very peaceful and relaxing but may be too quiet for families with teenage children, but as Los Cristianos is only a short distance away, livlier evening entertainment more typically associated with Tenerife is easily accessible. The weather was beautiful during the day for sunbathing but went cooler at night. There is no air conditioning in the apartment but this was not an issue at the time of year of our stay. It would not deter me from staying in the apartment during the summer months as there was always a breeze and the position of the apartment means you can take advantage of this by opening doors and windows to create air flow through the apartment. The only possible improvement could be satellite television to keep our teenager happy !! We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone and will be looking at returing ourselves in the future.

This apartment surpassed all of our expectations.I have to say it is probably the best apartment i have ever stayed in and i have been in a lot.It had everything in it to make sure we wanted for nothing.The local restaurants were very good quality and the local bars very friendly.A very good holiday.I would recommend it to anyone.
