Villa & location: Set within a small luxury private complex (Aegean Pine), this excellent accommodation has beautiful landscaped gardens, 2 large pools, 2 children’s pools, tennis court, basketball court, children’s play area and 24-hour security. The living area throughout is very spacious with new décor and is well equipped and furnished to a high standard: excellent for families, couples or friends sharing. All rooms have remote control air conditioning. An excellent location for a relaxing holiday, with the lively centre of Altinkum only 10 minutes away by bus or taxi. Hiring a car is also an option but not essential as local transport is very reliable.

Accommodation & facilities: Spacious entrance hall with downstairs cloakroom, open plan lounge with TV/DVD (satellite). Two double patio doors lead to the sunny veranda with dining table (seating 6) with south facing views over the main pool. Kitchen has cooker (gas hob), washing machine, fridge/freezer, water cooler, dish washer, microwave, kettle & toaster, iron & ironing board. On the first floor : 1 large double bedroom with ensuite shower & 1 large twin bedroom with adjacent family size bathroom (shower & Jacuzzi bath). Each bedroom has its own set of double patio doors that open onto the first floor terrace, with small table & chairs. On the top floor is the master bedroom with large ensuite shower and direct access to the privately enclosed spacious roof-top terrace with sun loungers and hammock: the perfect place to sunbathe during the day or relax with a cool drink watching the sun go down in the evening.

Please note that bed linen & towels are provided for all our guests. We can also arrange for airport transfers from either Bodrum (90 min) or Izmir (115 min) to drive you directly to our villa – please let us know if you require this service.

Best holiday outside of Florida! Villa was better than we could have hoped for and was clean, spacious and in a great location on the complex.
Adjacent to both pools and in lush gardens.
We loved the space and we all had our own balcony, where we enjoyed many a glass of wine and a home cooked meal.
Ann the owner made our holiday hassle free from booking to flying home, constantly emailing and booking transfers etc.
Sam and Chris who manage the complex were great too, helping us arrange trips whilst there and giving us tips for places to go whilst there.
The villa is only around a ten minute trip away from Altinkum and the local dolmus picks you up just around the corner.
InYesilkent itself there are 3 nice restaraunts, only minutes walk away, we enjoyed Blue and Al Dente(who have turkish bbq nights on a Saturday, food reasonable and lovely location right on the beach.
Pools were both lovely and really well kept.
We loved the peace and quiet of the complex and yet enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Altinkum - especially the market on Saturdays!
We really enjoyed this family holiday(our 11 yr old daughter said she enoyed it more than Florida) which is probably the best recommendation we could give.
We will definately be returning as often as we can.

Very good family holiday

Three generations of our family went on holiday this year and we wanted somewhere quite lively for the young (and young at heart) but also somwhere peaceful for me and the wife. This destination ticked all the right boxes. Yesilkent is quiet but has sufficient good restaurants and bars. The local beach (100 yards from the property) is really good with plenty of cheap beds and umbrellas and a clear sea which is shallow and perfectly safe for children. While down the road Altinkum is lively and nosiy and easily reached on the cheap local minibus. We also enjoyed the local market and shopping in general; be ready for a good bit of bartering and take no notice if they complain that you are trying to rob them!

The accomodation is spacious, clean and comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the air conditioning, water cooler and balconies. The pool was 20 yards away, never too busy and always refreshing after the hot Turkish sunshine. The resort is very well maintained by Sam and Chris together with the very friendly Turkish staff.

This was our first trip to Turkey and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was ideal from the location to the accomodation, the cheap prices (outside the Euro zone), interesting countryside which was a lot greener than we had imagined and finally the local Turkish people arevery friendly.

'Fab pools (must be at least 30m each) & great excuse to try out our tennis on the on-site court. Your villa is in pristine condition and the air conditioning kept everything so airy & cool. A very relaxing time was had by all & we'll be recommending your house to family & friends.'
'Our holiday was excellent - thank you. Really spacious, modern villa with all the 'mod cons'. Beach literally was 2 mins walk from the complex although we were equally happy to stay by the pool. Very peaceful area to stay in and enjoyed the choice of either staying in Yesilkent (the 'Blue Restaurant' is very handy as only few mins stroll from villa) or going into Altinkum where it's more lively and there's some great shopping. Would definitely come back next year.'
