  • 20% Deposit will be required on booking and the balance due 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Additional £100 damage deposit cheque is payable with the final balance to be refunded within 14 days, subject to satisfactory villa inspection. Cancellations within 8 weeks of departure forfeit deposit. Villa is available from 3pm on arrival day and to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Where the villa is not already occupied on a changeover day, there is flexibility with times to suit clients needs.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our visits to Albufeira and our stay in the villa. The Old Town in Albufeira is bustling with nightlife, great restaurants and bars and is easily accessible from Club Albufeira. In contrast, the villa is located in a quiet, peaceful area of the complex, is spacious and comfortable and equipeed with everyting you could need. Airport transfers take only half an hour and these had been arranged for us in advance by the owners.
The complex is very well run and the staff are extremely friendly. We used the tennis courts opposite at Camping Albufeira and also had excellent meals and drinks in the Clubhouse there at very reasonable prices. All in all, highly recommended!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

spacious and all ground floor, no steps (my dad is not good at climbing stairs anymore). we all felt home. the views on the big green garden are realy nice and piecefull!

Short of nothing other than a tin opener!

Just returned home yesterday and wanted to drop you an e-mail to thank for the hire of the villa; it was absolutely superb and we had a fantastic time. The gardens at the back of the villa provided an ideal space of the kids to run about in the evening allowing the parents the chance to relax with a vino on the loungers!

The villa is very deceptive in terms of the space it has; from the front it looks quite small but inside it is absolutely fantastic and spacious; and in terms of the home comforts we wanted for nothing other than a tin opener!!!

Italian visit to Algarve

I wish to thank you so much for your house. We spent lovely holidays in Albufeira. The weather was beautiful. We loved the large beaches and the ocean but it's so cold!!!! Dave was very good with us for any information. I hope we'll return to Portugal in the future.
