The apartment offers easy access to the rest of Bangkok City. The Skytrain station Saphan Taksin is just across the river, you can use our own ferry service to cross the river or walk over the bridge. From here, Siam the centre is 10 minutes by Skytrain. There is also a pier by Saphan Taksin so you can hop on the various river transport services that are available. Nearby nightlife: There are a lot of five star hotels in the area that are worth exploring and can be all reached by their own boat services from the pier across the river.   • A Deposit is required of €200 and will be refunded to your bank account within 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Notes: The apartment is decorated to a high standard offering a quality lifestyle that goes with the rest of the buildings facilities. The apartment is 60 square metres, has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar and living room area. It is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans, the kitchen is modern with a washing machine. The apartment has broadband internet access with a laser printer and there is a 32 inch flat screen TV with home theatre system. The apartment is designed to sleep two, but can also sleep two children using the spare mattresses in the living room. Please note that their is one bathroom which is ensuite, so the third and fourth persons would have to go through the bedroom to reach the bathroom. Night out recommendation:: Take the boat (or Tuk-tuk) to the Hilton, to its left by the river is the “Be my Guest” bar/restaurant, this is a nice riverside spot with a good atmosphere visited mainly by Thais and serves good food at a very reasonable price. To top the evening off go to the Hilton and take the lift to their 360 bar for a cocktail, jazz and the view.

Other places: Somboon restaurant. This is a famous seafood restaurant not far from Sala Daeng. It’s not a romantic setting but good for a group of people. Tawandang beer house. This is based on a german beer hall, it serves good food and provides good music and great entertainment. It is quite busy, popular with Thais and worth booking in advance.

First i would like to say thankyou to Jonathan and Sombat for the excellent customer service displayed whilst booking and during our stay.
Everything about the apartment was great, it's stylish, modern, clean and extremely comfortable. We will most definitely book again. Ideally located not far from Skytrain.
We had the best time ever !!
Sombat and Jonathan were also extremely helpful when the airports closed and we were unfortunately stranded for an extra week.

great contact and excellent apartment

Hello Jonathan!

I finally have found time to write you after our great trip to Bangkok. Your apartment was great... even better than we have expected relying on the fotos! Our arrival was perfect - the waiter, I don't know his name, gave us the envelope with the key and when arrived at the apartment we were pretty surprised of how great the view actually is. (nearly 180 degree!!!). The kitchen and the washing machine - we only used them once were fully functional.
It was such a great feeling to wake up in the dawn and have a bird's eye view on Thonburi side and the skyline.
The pool was also OK - we used to go there nearly every morning in order to get a start into the day. The staff was very friendly - We, actually, have never got to see Sombat or Ms. Phen ( I think that was the name on the envelope). We had our privacy and that's what we wanted on our trip to south-east asia.

Lebua state tower and the Sirocco bar, bayoke sky, ayutthaya, nana, suan lum, boat tours on chao phraya... there are so many things to mention. I am now able to wrtite write abook about Bangkok and surroundings!

According to the information left by other guests of the apartment in the guestbook - they also have had such a great time there.

Me and my girlfriend, we look back every day on our Bangkok trip and look forward to come again.

Many thanks to you for your assistance ant the opportunity to sped such an awesome time in Bangkok.

Superb Bangkok location & exerience

This apartment condominium was actually even better than described. It is a perfect location for getting around Bangkok and beyond, and yet a good retreat from the Bangkok 24 hour activities. The owner, Jonathan is a wonderful character and good communication. As a licensed general contractor in the US, I appreciated the quality construction and high-end appliances and fixtures. Fantastic pool and views of the city. We wrote a few notes in the guest book for sights and restaurants as previous guests had done and found everyone's comments quite helpful and informative.
We hope to get back for another wonderful visit.
