Beautiful 2 bedroom condo for your self catering holiday, in this private gated community ('Falling Waters') Flowers, shrubs and water features line the quiet private lanes that lead to your wonderful holiday home. The condo is the upper level of 2 and has a large lanai (screened balcony) - perfect for dining al fresco, with a table and chairs for 4, or put your feet up with your evening cocktail and listen to the water feature and admire the brilliant sunset on this west facing lanai. The apartment is spacious, around 1600sq ft with upgrades galore - two large sofas in the living room to watch the 42' LCD flat screen TV, with cable and DVD. The master bedroom has an American king size bed with pillow top - you will never sleep better! The second bedroom has twin beds, but these could be made into a double if required. The linen is a luxurious high cotton count and there is ample sheets, duvets and towels provided. Well equipped kitchen. Private parking and private garage

There is lots of natural beauty, plus a zoo, gardens, boating, - all nearby and the everglades to visit if you wish to take an airboat ride. My condo apartment has everything you need for a quiet relaxing holiday, or a sporty keepfit holiday with the tennis and water aerobics on site, and nearby golf courses.

Notes: Senior citizens will love it here but I should point out that this is the first floor English (Americans call it 2nd) so a small flight of steps is the access to the front door. The best facility of this complex is the resort style pool, which I believe is the largest in SW Florida, and many sunbeds to relax on, or for the more active there are water aerobic classes. There is a clubhouse with small library, and large screen tv, - activities are planned here ie bingo, card games etc. Two very good condition tennis courts, racquets are provided in the garage, and bocce ball for fun with the family.

The extras make a difference...!: I have supplied the condo with a selection of DVDs for the evenings you would like to stay home. There are also 2 tennis racquets and two beach chairs in the garage for your enjoyment. There is also quite a large utility room in the condo with the washer and dryer and another sink There is wireless internet, cable tv, and local telephone calls included. (You can use a phone card for international calls)

Having lived in Naples several years ago, my Wife and I were looking for a good quality rental at a sensible price and the unit offered met all our needs, including a British owner who was pleasant and straightforward to deal with! The condo was exactly as described, spacious and modern with a quiet preserve outlook from the large Lanai and the wireless internet facility was a definite bonus!!
Falling waters has an enormous lagoon style swimming pool, which is a real treat and kept nicely warm! The location on Davis Blvd is convenient for visiting downtown Naples, as well as offering easy access to the Interstate 75 for trips to Miami, Key West or Orlando.
As for virtually all holidays in Florida, a hire car is essential to make the most of the huge range of shopping and dining opportunities in the area - IF you can drag yourself away from that wonderful pool!!

Falling Waters, May 2008

Naples is a fabulous destination for anyone who loves the Florida Life Style and Falling Waters is a typical gated community where you can relax in secure and peaceful surroundings. Located about 3 miles from 5th Avenue it is simple to get to all of the Naples area amenities.

The "apartment" was spacious and well appointed. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there was space aplenty - the master bedroom being particularly spacious with doors leading directly on to the lanai. The TV, video and communications set up was first class. The screened balcony looked out onto a wooded area and was particularly quiet and peaceful - perfecr for relaxing in the late afternoon / evening before going out for dinner. The owner was particularly helpful in ensuring we had all of the necessary information before we arrived and took time to welcome us and to check that everything was "in order" - as it undoubtedly was. Golfing venues were many and varied - all excellent - and while the beach, Tin City etc were a few miles (4) away were all worth the visit.

Naples has many fine dining places with a number on 5th Avenue and at the Waterside Shopping Complex (US 41). Carrabba's and Outback Steakhouse on US 41 were also excellent value. We intend to get back to Naples as soon as we can and, if it is available, will certainly want to stay at Falling Waters again.

Outstanding Rental Unit

We rented this unit for several weeks in January 2008 and had a fantastic time. The unit is spacious, clean, well appointed and in a lovely development. The master bedroom / bath is roomy and opens to a screened patio overlooking a waterfall feature. Internet access worked very well and both televisions (living area and master bedroom) are cable. The pool in this development must be seen to be believed! There are also tennis courts available and plenty of safe walking paths. The development is near several major roads within short distance of downtown Naples as well as Marco Island. The unit owner was very easy to deal with and locally available. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

our whole experience in naples was very enjoyable, its a very clean
and very relaxed place to visit. we found the condo on the internet very easy and it was perfect, very clean and bright exactly what the description said, was very easy to find and our dealings with Gillian was very, very good. the condo was clean and very well maintained, i would recommend this accommodation for a very quiet relaxed time as there is not a huge amount to do on the village and you most definately need a car to get around and to see the lovely sights.
