  • The villa is available to book for periods of a week or more.
    To secure, a 25% deposit is required, with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday.
    A security deposit of £300 is required with your balance payment, and is returned post-holiday subject to damage checks.
    If your booking crosses two price periods, the effective daily rates will be calculated from each month to provide the resulting rate.

Why not enjoy some wonderful local golf during your stay. The closest 18 hole course is Pollenca Golf, located around 15 minutes drive from the villa. A fine test of golf can be found at the sea-edge course of Alcudia, around 25 minutes drive.

Cycling

The island of Mallorca is a world renowned training location for all levels of cycling fans, especially out of the high summer season. Why not enjoy the villa as a base for your cycling holiday. It's located east of the testing Formentor run, and west of the mountains that rise up near Pollenca old town and range for many miles over to the west coast of the island.
