Large family home in stunning setting with panoramic views overlooking Lake Geneva and the range of Alps including a birds eye view of Mont Blanc. This is ideal for a family summer holiday comprising 4 large double bedrooms, three baths, huge living-room - dining room, very smart kitchen, beautiful secure grounds with plenty outside eating areas and shade, barbeque, secure parking, electric gate. The peaceful haven is only 15 minutes from Geneva airport and centre where all International organizations are located. Enjoy this French base whilst exploring Switzerland or Italy, the vine lands of Burgundy, the cities of Lyon and Basel, Montreux and Lausanne. Visit Chamonix in the summer and the Mer de Glace, enjoy the lovely resort spa town of Divonne les Bains just 5 minutes drive with its typical French market on Sunday, a great outdoor Olympic sized pool, boutique shops, restaurants and lake with a variety of water activities. Golfers will enjoy the excellent golf course in Divonne too

The villa is on the French side of the lake and offers spacious and very comfortable family accommodation over 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (property is 300 m2) with a large well kept garden of 2500m2. The property is secure with parking and an electric gate. Elevated on a small hill yet only minutes from the resort town of Divonne with its spa and swimming pools, boutique shops, traditional market, restaurants - in fact the nearest and highly recommended, restaurant is just 200 metres from villa with outdoor terrace. Horse riding, tennis, sailing, and hiking are all favourites of this family and bicycles are available for your use.

If you require a basic starter pack, then we will happily arrange this for you too, or indeed stock up with some of our favourite wines to get you in the holiday spirit ... just let us know what it is that would make your holiday go well.

last summer was our first time to spend our vac. in a rent house other then hotels , it was not easy at first but the clemensson's made it easy ,unforgettable and fun for us . The house was well equipped ,the location was perfect ,the view amazing ,And the clemensson's were beyond kind ! they were managing our stay professionally even though they were away .

My family enjoyed tremendously our time in Grilly at this stunning home. It was the most magnificent family space with all the comforts of home and then some! The proximity to Geneva, to the airport and to many wonderful little towns made exploring the area so easy and fun. We were fortunate enough to spend an entire month there this summer and had the most perfect time. Not a single complaint from this happy family! We hope to return again in years to come. The owners were incredibly helpful and sweet and made the transition from NYC to Geneva wonderfully smooth. We highly recommend this property to any family who is interested in exploring one of the most beautiful areas in Europe!

Thank you for the use of your wonderful house from May 2-10th. It was a perfect fit for our family and so close to Tonya too. How we loved your view and the sounds of the cow bells and teh view of Mount blanc.The house was fantastic, all one could ask for.

We had an amazing time at the villa. We were in town for my sisters wedding and it was a great spot to be. We had 4 families share this and it was great as the kids had there own room and the adults as well. The location is perfect for being close to Geneva and being part of the local towns nearby. The house was very well kept and beautiful views. Great for walks and bike rides near by. The yard is perfect for children and we felt very safe. You definately need a car for this property. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Thank you! We will always have wonderful memories of our stay.
