Amazing penthouse in Vera, Spain
Ideally situated just a mere 8 minute walk to this great beach, this brand new, fully equipped 92 square metre apartment has all you need for a great stay. There is air conditioning and heating in the living room and the bedrooms. There is an open log fire in the living room. The downstairs terrace, overlooking the pool and mountains, is huge and furnished with patio table, chairs and a big parasol. There is a solarium upstairs which has sun all day and a shower if you need to cool off. You can also enjoy the sea and mountain views with magnificent sunsets.
The kitchen is fitted with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and even a dishwasher.
Both bathrooms have a bath tub, bidet, w.c. one with a marble-topped vanity unit. The living room has a sofa-bed, dining table and chairs, a Satellite TV and a DVD player.

Puerto Rey Area:
Puerto Rey Beach has a wonderful nine kilometre long beach located between the port of Garrucha and the fishing village of Villaricos, a small traditional, Andalusian village where you can enjoy tasteful Mediterranean cuisine and fresh fish. Across the apartment there is a Golf Club and a spa. Vera is 7 kilometres away and in its surroundings there are archaeological sites such as Fuente Alamo, Almizaraque, El Argar, Roceipón, Cerro del Hacho and El Pajarraco. Mojácar is also very near. It a beautiful Andalusian village on the top of a hill where its white houses stand out in the sun. Amazing scenery and local arts and crafts. In the interior we find Nijar, which is well known for its colourful ceramics. The region boasts 8 natural parks.

Located near Mojácar, Marina Golf is a new and exiting Levante golf course located between Garrucha and Mojacar. The course is surrounded by the mediterranean sea with wonderful views from relaxing ocean views to colourful patches of landscapes.

Valle del Este
The Valle del Este Resort is situated just outside the city of Vera about 90 km north of Almería and only 7 km from the beaches of Vera and Garrucha.
Targetted towards the experienced golfer, the Valle del Este Resort desert golf course offers a mixture of well playable and challenging holes. The spectacular characteristic of Valle del Este is the tees which are all positioned on small raised raised platforms surrounded by volcanic rock, as well as the wide, generous fairways.
Desert Springs Golf Club
Located only 30 minutes from the beach, the Desert Spring Golf Club is the first USGA specified golf course in Eurpore following the Arizona, California (Palm Springs) desert style. The 18-hole 'Indiana' course opened last year is a must for both the beginner and the experienced golfer whilst another 18-holes are due to open next year.The Clubhouse, finished approximately at the end of spring, is partially built above the lake near the 18th hole.
