The property is in one of the best locations within La Torre, overlooking the lake and fairway. It has been described by another agent as the 'most attractive apartment that he currently rents out, out of over 60 on his books on La Torre'. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard but also has a 'home from home' feel about it. It is fully equipped for easy living and has air-conditioning (included in the prices quoted) as well as ceiling fans and central heating for the winter months. It is ideal for 4 people but there is a double sofa bed if needed in the lounge. There is a table and chairs and sun loungers on the terrace area as well. I have also provided sun loungers round the pool too. There are stunning views over the lake and golf course from the front terrace, and views from the rear terraces over the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and microwave. All linen and towel.

Superb, immaculate apartment- fantastic views

We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Excellent communication with the owner before travelling and once arrived the lady who meets and takes you to apartment was efficient. Apartment is compact but spotlessly clean and provides everything you need. The X-Box & DVD are great for a rainy day or restless teenagers. The comfortable furniture on the patio which affords great views over the golf course is relaxing. A car is a must. The supermarket has a great selection and not too pricey, however we ate at restaurants found in the surrounding area,as we found the food in the tapas bar at the resort very poor-however we did not try any others on the resort.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Superb penthouse in a great resort

We had a wonderful relaxing time staying in the Penthouse and can thoroughly recommend it and the resort .The photos and description of the Penthouse/resort area do not do it justice. Sunbathing on the balconys,there are two one at the front and one at the rear,which guarantees the sun all day.The pool is a 1 min walk with sun loungers provided by the owner, a nice touch. La Torre centre restaurants, around the lake, offer stunning views of the golf course and landscaped gardens, The food is excellent, be it Tapas or Italian at prices similar to the U.K.
The bars and restaurants on the resort can be visted as often or as little as you like, as the kitchen contains everything you need to home cook and the supermarket is 10 min away.
The Visitors Guide Book supplied at the Penthouse contains useful information on recommended restaurants in the area.
The nearby towns of Murcia,La Manga and Cartagena are well worth a vist.
The owners representatives on site are always contactable and very helpful.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone. So much so, we are hoping to return in the near future
