Coco is one of six self-catering holiday rental apartments forming Fiona Villa. It is situated on the first floor of a 4 units building. A second 2 unit building, which forms part of Fiona villa is situated on the opposite side of the swimming pool. The villa was built in 2004 and since then has become well known amongst summer holiday makers. It comprises of 2 airconditioned bedrooms, sitting room, dining area, american style kitchen, balcony, shower room with seperate toilet and hand basin. One can relax by the pool and enjoy the quietness or just walk 5 minutes to the beach where you will find all types of watersports activities, restaurants, pubs, bars, casinos, internet cafe, tourists shops etc. Other activities can also be organised.

Ideally located for almost anything. Apart from its private swimming pool situated just a few meters from your doorsteps, the public beach is only 5-10 minutes walk away. Due to its close proximity to the Island's largest tourist city of Grand Baie, one can enjoy two different life styles; 1-The peace and tranquility of the villa, and 2-The city life. The following facilities can be found only 5-10 minutes walk from the villa; Car rental, tours and excursion, hiking, Scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, glass bottom boat, catamaran trip, water sports etc. Other activities like golf, horse riding, bird watching etc can also be organised.

| Notes: | Maid service is provided three times a week for cleaning the villa and making the beds. She is also available for supplementary services not falling within her normal duty at an extra cost which is negotiated between the renter and the maid directly. Smokers are advised to take extra care and also discouraged to smoke in the rooms. One can sit in the balcony and enjoy his smoke. The balcony is fitted with a table and 2 chairs. |

basic clean apartment.serviced every day by a lovely couple. nothing was too much trouble.
there is a small supermarket at the bottom of the road and a large hypermarket in grande baie. would recommend hiring a car to get about.the restaurants in pereybere are good and also in grande baie. try dhal puri in grande baie before you turn into the hypermarket

Firstly, we wish to thank Jean for staying at our apartment and writting her toughts; We are very grateful that she loved the place and services. As mentioned, though basic, the apartment is cleaned and serviced daily. Just to mention there is also a supermarket "Super U" in Pereybere where one can find all the neccessary food items. We are very happy that she loved the restaurants and also the island's special snack "dhal puri", which we encourage all visitors to try.
