Two bedroom Villa set in a private well maintained development with communal gardens and two swimming pools (both with children's paddling areas) . On the ground floor is a front garden and Terrace, A living room, kitchen, utility Room and Guest WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one Twin) plus a showroom. The front terrace overlooks one of the 2 communal pools. The house comes fully furnished and equipped for holiday lets. TV with UK Satellite system (plenty of English speaking channels) the location is quiet and relaxing. Local shops restaurants cafes bars supermarket bank etc can be reached in less than 3-5 minutes walk. La Zenia beach is less than 10 minute walk. there is a bus stop close by which takes you into Torreveija town centre.

Rental rates include check in / check out plus all utility utility bills. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm booking. As we are based in Spain we accept full payment of rent in euros upon arrival. The original deposit of £100.00 paid to confirm booking now acts as a bond against any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys and is promptly returned on receipt of keys at check out. There is a standard 35 Euro (£24.00) cleaning / laundry charge payable on arrival (in euros).

Airport transfers can be arranged (Maximum 4 people per car) at 35 euros each way (Murcia airport) and 40 euros each way (Alicante airport). Please advise if you are interested in either of these services.
