| Notes: | The villa has a large kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and work-surfaces. It contains all the modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave and gas cooker plus washing machine in a separate utility area. The villa has a large well furnished and comfortable lounge, with satellite TV, DVD and CD. All the rooms have beautiful original artwork which has been painted by the owner. Maid service 3 times per week. Linen is changed one time a week towels are changed 3 times a week. |
Outside villa
Outside there is a good sized pool 10.5m x 5.5m surrounded by a terraced area with sun-loungers and parasols. There is also a barbecue close to the pool, wonderful for evening dining. The gardens are all beautifully maintained, with lawned terracing planted with mature trees and shrubs. There is also parking for at least 4 cars in the shade of the trees.
