Charming peaceful 1 bedroom apartment
Our lovely one bedroomed apartment, which sleeps 4 is attractively furnished and has a large terrace with views across the Santa Ponsa plain towards the mountains. Kings Park is a charming pueblo style residential gated community, with two pools. Our lounge is very spacious and furnished with modern furniture. There is SKY television. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of cupboard and drawer space. The bathroom leads off the bedroom and has a full bath, with shower over, wash handbasin and WC.

Santa Ponsa, on the western side of the island boasts a sandy beach with safe shallow waters which appeal to all ages. There are sunbeds, sunshades, beach bars and cafes available to all. The resort caters for all budgets and tastes. This peaceful apartment is a 7 - 10 minute stroll down to the beach bars, restaurants and supermarkets - although there is a small supermarket about 3 minutes walk. Santa Ponsa is ideally placed to explore the whole island - day trips to Marineland, the water parks, go kart track and other tourist attractions are a short bus/taxi ride away. If you are a golfer then this apartment makes an ideal base from which to take advantage of the many courses, with the one at Santa Ponsa Golf I being the nearest open to the public. Santa Ponsa has its own Marina and there is a further one at El Toro a short 5 minute drive away. Both have restaurants and bars and El Toro also has a wonderful beach.

| Notes: | Although elderly people are more than welcome, and would enjoy the apartment and the view they should be aware that Kings Park is set on a low hill; this apartment is approached by several steps. To reach the pool there are more steps. |
ACTIVITIES
Santa Ponsa is THE carnival town in early September - when the battle between Moors and the Christians takes place. Favourite day trips include, of course, the sensational historic City of Palma. Palma is also the starting point for the sightseeing train trip to Soller. The apartment is an ideal base for sightseeing (with coach trips bookable to all the well known points on the island). The apartment is an ideal base for walking the hills around the island - special guide books are available giving full details of interesting walks. Mallorca is the venue for serious cyclists: more and more cycle tracks are being built for them - and they are also given courtesy on the roads. Santa Ponsa Country Club is a haven for tennis players, with more courts available in the town itself.
ACCESSIBILITY
As the motorway has now been extended past Santa Ponsa it becomes even more attractive. It is a mere 20 minutes from the airport to the Santa Ponsa exit; Kings Park is about 3 minutes drive by car. There are plenty of taxis available but if you do decide to hire a car there is plenty of parking available very near the apartment. We offer details of a recommended and trusted transfer service from the airport to the apartment - the community is well known and there should be no problem in finding it.
