This new three-bedroomed villa has been carefully and comprehensively fitted out by its owner. It is situate on a high class urbanisation in the countryside on the outlying area of Jávea (Pinosol/Cansellades) and off the road to Benitachell and is some 4-5km from the main beach at Arenal where retail services, restaurants, bars etc. are available. Green-bowling is nearby. The house has a large living/dining area with a bar/counter separating it from a fully equipped American kitchen. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two bedrooms with double beds and each with their own en-suite bathroom). The garden is fully laid out (pool is 9 x 4.5m) and a wide range of TV programmes are available. Wi-Fi /ADSL is now installed for clients. A car is essential.

The new, and well-appointed, Las Laderas urbanization is situated in a peaceful location just after the Green Bowling Club at Pinosol on the road from Jávea to Benitachell and about 4km from the main Jávea beach at Arenal. This means that the villa is ideally placed for easy access to the beaches of both Jávea and Moraira. The nearest big supermarket (Mas y Mas) is nearby at the entrance to Benitachell village.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Water, gas, electricity are included (central heating in winter is charged at cost). There is a returnable duration-based security deposit (€400-600) payable with the rental balance. Deposit is approx. one third on signature of rental agreement; balance falls due 6 weeks before arrival. Nominal laundry charge of Euros 10.00 pp/per week and single contribution to final cleaning of €75.00.
  • Cots and High-chairs can be hired (at €18 and €12 per week, respectively). These must be booked in advance. Very special competitive car-hire rates (recently further reduced) are available to us via the region's No.1 Company whose HQ is in Jávea. Please ask for tariffs before booking elsewhere (assistance with hire cars and any problems pertaining thereto is only given to those who book through us).

Jávea is the gem of the Costa Blanca. Easy access to shops (2-3km), beaches (4-5km), sporting facilities and restaurants (listing provided - we have 5-6 Michelin stars in the immediate area) this villa offers a peaceful environment and ideal holiday location. The theme park TERRA MITICA (outside Benidorm) is within easy motoring distance (a short hop down the AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia and MundoMar (dolphins) - all just outside Benidorm. A car is essential in spite of proximity to facilities.

Golf and other facilities: We are ideally placed for golf - the nearest, Jávea GC is less than 5 minutes away. A 9-hole course, more difficult than it looks, has superb views of Montgó dominating Jávea (Green fees approx. Euros 65). Towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella GC, a beautiful 18-hole course. Further afield (c.35 minutes) there is an excellent course at Oliva (18-holes, designed by Ballesteros) and, south of Valencia, the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler. OTHER FEATURES: The theme park TERRA MITICA is within easy motoring distance (a short hop down AP7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia (swim-park) and MundoMar (dolphins) outside Benidorm (both websites available on request). The fabulous new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia make a spectacular day's outing (website on request).

We stayed at Oksana in June 2008. The villa was very clean and the facilities were good. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area and the countryside is wonderful. The restaurants are plentiful and some are quite excellent.
