LA PALOMA PENTHOUSE -. This luxury duplex four bedroom penthouse was built in 2002. Accommodation comprises of: Ground floor - Large living room with quality lounge and dining furnishings. Television, Video/DVD player with numerous videos. Radio/Tape/CD player. Two double bedrooms with shared bathroom. Patio doors from living room and main bedroom onto a large veranda with furnishings. New kitchen, very well equipped with cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Utility room with washing machine. Twin bedroom and double bedroom upstairs with shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading out to a very large sun terrace with sun beds and furniture. Fabulous views to the sea, mountains and Fuengirola. Garage space available, but a car is not essential as the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and everything required are all within walking distance. Shared swimming pool open summer months. Please ask for opening dates.

Numerous restaurants, cafe bars, marina, castle (open air concerts in the summer) supermarkets, shopping complex, outdoor markets, English speaking theatre (not in summer season), Concert Hall, Zoo, and much more. Train service from Malaga and Malaga airport to central Fuengirola. Bus and train services excellent. Places to visit using public transport or coach trips - Malaga, Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Cadiz, Jerez, Ronda, Cordoba, Seville, Granada and Gibraltar (passport required for Gibraltar) Train stops at several coastal resorts from Malaga to Fuengirola.
