Situated in a peaceful hamlet less than 7km from Doue-la-Fontaine and Montreuil-Bellay, and 20km from Saumur, this gite provides a perfect base for exploring the glorious Loire region. The gite is adjacent to the main farmhouse and sleeps 5+2 persons making it ideal for small groups, families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday (can be rented to sleep 3 at reduced rate) This spacious gite is renovated to an extremely high standard whilst retaining period features, and is equipped with a fully-fitted kitchen, washing machine, as well as TV/DVD in the lounge and both bedrooms. WiFi internet access also available. The property is set in a walled garden with areas at the front and back for exclusive use by guests, including a children's play area. The British owners live on-site and speak fluent English, German, French and Spanish.

    All prices per week, irrespective of the number of occupants (subject to the maximum shown per gite). The gite can also be rented with one bedroom (sleeping 3) at reduced rates except during peak season. Weekly bookings are preferred, however longer-/shorter-term rentals possible during low and mid seasons, e.g. long Easter or bank holiday weekends. Please enquire regarding availability and prices. Preference will be given to two-week bookings in peak season. Special 3/4 day breaks over Easter, Xmas and New Year also available. Please enquire about availability and rates.
