It has 2 swimming pools on different elevations, cascading waterfalls and pond. Stroll through the lovely sub tropical landscaped gardens. Sun lounger’s and parasols at pools. Double fronted apartment with large glass sliding doors leading on to extremely large sun terrace and garden, both from the living area and bedroom. A fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you would possibly need for up to 4 people. A lovely, bright, very spacious dining cum living area which has been tastefully decorated to a very high standard, twenty four hour security, CCTV. Its a haven for a relaxing holiday. There are an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes, some within walking distance and some a short drive. Club de Sol Tennis Club and The Siesta Golf Club nearby. 5 min to the beautiful white sandy beach of Cabopino.

Calahonda is a village which in itself is self sufficient with its many restaurants, banks, supermarkets and medical centres. It has terrific interconnecting roads. It lies between the towns of Marbella and Fuengirola which is 10 min away on either side. It is only 25 min from Malaga Airport. A few min to the pretty white sandy beach of Puerto Cabopino. The hidden gem of the Costa del Sol)with its pretty marina, just 15 min to the glitzy Puerto Banus. Surrounded by many International Golf Courses within a short distance of each other. The new Racecourse in Mijas The Casinos in Puerto Banus and Fungeriola. This location is perfect what ever the mood takes you whether it’s a quiet and relaxing away from it all type holiday or a busy one with so much to do if you want when you want. Golf and Beach holiday : This location is close to everywhere. It is in the golf region and boasts many fantastic International Golf Courses within a 10 min radius. A list of telephone numbers of Golf Courses available if you would like to book in advance. This location is perfect for a golf and beach holiday with plenty of sports to choose from. The Club del Sol Tennis Club(squash) also has a state of the art gym. La Siesta Golf Club is also near by. Both clubs have restaurants.

All year round resort : All year round resort This is an ideal resort to take a holiday no matter what time of year you choose to do so as the temperatures are always high with sunshine all year round. You will find the restaurants always busy. Just a two hour drive away you can go skiing at the Sierra Nevada Mountain. Season starts from November-April.

Highly recommended and luxurious apartment, having stayed in the area before we knew what to expect and were not disappointed - we had a lovely relaxing time in peak season 'August' - pool areas were very quiet, on occasions we were the only people in there. The apartment and large terrace provide everything you could desire on site, local restaurants and shops conveniently located. Lovely beaches of La Cala and Cabopino 5 minutes away by car.
You will need a car to reach the apartment and get around, although there was a regular 'tourist road train' running up and down the hill on a regular basis during our stay.

Found Steve to be extremely helpful and very responsive with all queries raised, deposit returned within days of my return home. (Thanks for that!)

Easy to find from directions received, appreciated meet and greet arrangement, apartment v.clean and fantastic large walk in shower.

Would without hestitation recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

Thanks Steve for making our holiday so perfect!

My family had a great holiday here, the apartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable.
The complex was well kept, although the space around the pools is not huge sometimes we were the only family at the poolside. Generally the area was quiet and the lifeguard made sure there were no lilos in the pool.
Using the dual carriage way along the bottom of Costa Del Sol easy quite easy, once you have the nerve to join the fast flow, and you can get anywhere quickly and fairly safely, watch out for the mopeds though, they tend to apear from nowhere. We enjoyed going to the holiday towns around the area, since Calahonda doesnt have a promanade itself, its good to go to one of the larger towns for an evening walk.
I would reccomend this apartment and the owner to do business with. and Calahonda for a peacful and restful holiday.

Fantastic Holiday - One to remember!

As someone who regularly rents out apartments on the Costa's, I have become used to the basic apartments on offer. However this is not one of them.!! This apartment obviously belongs to someone who has taken pride in the presentation and comfort of the occupants.
We had a lovely stay in this excellent apartment. Furnishings are lovely, comfortable and in first class condition. All we wanted for ourselves was provided within the apartment. As we enjoy outdoor living the extremely spacious terrace and garden was ideal with sunloungers provided, ( watch out for the sprinkler each day!). The bathrooms are lovely with rustic marble and the large shower was a dream. We felt extremely secure with in-built safe, electric security shutters and private underground parking. I would recommend a car as the apartment is at the top of a hill but this also addeds to the privacy and peaceful enviroment, with a small Spanish supermarket just down the hill and 3 local restuarants. A 3-4 minute drive takes you to the main strip of Calahonda and the beachs, with an abundance of bars and places to eat to support all tasts and budgets. Malaga, Marbella & Mijas are all within driving distance however we preferred the tranquil settings of the two pools which never had more than a handful of people, (Sept 08). The beach at Nacho Playa, 5 mins away was also lovely, with lovely sand, loungers and Chiringuitos, beach bars, serving excellent fresh fish etc.
We decided on a meet and greet service which was also excellent as we were met at the complex, shown around the apartment and given some good local are knowledge. On the whole we will definately be returning and staying again.
