Notes to the rental rates

• PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW LISTED GENERAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL OUR BOOKINGS:
  Please include a € 200 Security Deposit in your calculations.
  This will be returned to you in cash at time of your departure, if there are no damages or expenses incurred at the property.
  Check - out time is 12.00 pm.
  Check-in time is 5.00 pm.
  
• Cancellation policy:
  Any booking cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 50% prepaid booking deposit.
  Any booking cancelled 29 - 15 days before arrival will forfeit 75% of the total amount.
  Any booking cancelled 14 - 1 days before arrival will forfeit 100% of the total amount.
  
• PLEASE NOTE:
  We will ONLY accept direct deposits to our bank account.
  50% is required to CONFIRM all bookings at the time of the booking. NO BOOKING is confirmed until the proper amount of funds have cleared our bank account. We will notify you as soon as this takes place to confirm your booking. We will 'hold' dates for three business days, while this process takes place.
  The balance of 50% TOTAL FUNDS must CLEAR our bank account within 30 days of your date of arrival.
  
  If we do not receive the TOTAL BALANCE within 30 days of arrival, your booking is cancelled and your 50% deposit is immediately forfeited.
  Any booking made within one month of arrival MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the villa in Attica, Greece

Families welcome!!!!

The house has a baby 'playpen' with a foam mattress. Our daughter spent her first summer in it and it is easily placed in the master bedroom at night or in the sitting room or veranda, during the day. There is not enough room for it in the second bedroom. There are several sets of linens for the bed, as well. We also have a high chair and plastic dishes in the house. We also have some beach/pool toys (buckets, spades, inflatables, etc.) to save you the expense and hassle of bringing or buying your own. Be sure to bring your children's favourite DVDs to play in the sitting room. There are two built-in sofa beds in the sitting room and we would happily welcome a family travelling with a child-minder. The second bedroom has been used for child-minder, while two little ones slept on the sitting room's built-in sofa beds.

Teenagers, too!

Teenagers very welcome and we can accommodate up to three, if they don't mind sharing the second bedroom bathroom! Spetses is a very safe island and has many 'teeny-bop' discos. Its a very popular island for families with teenagers, as the kids can walk most everywhere. There are many beaches with watersports (waterskiing, water tubing, sailing and just 'hanging out' spots for teenagers.

Honeymoon hideaway!

We have welcomed many honeymooners over the years! The house is the ultimate for a romantic private honeymoon! Enjoy candlelit dinners under the jasmine covered dining gazebo after a lazy day lounging in the sun by your own private pool! We have actually had a proposal take place on the front veranda (and she said, 'YES')!
