BOOKING INFORMATION: Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday. However, if this is inconvenient, we will do our best to be accommodating. - If you would like to reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take your chosen villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days. - To secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 25% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. - Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement. - We would be happy to provide you with airport transfers or a quote for car hire.

Sunrise Villas 2

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Sunrise Villas 2 #11. The villa was fantastic and just as described on the web site, well even better. Very clean and well maintained with everything you could want; fridge, microwave, dishwasher, DVD, TV, towels, linen etc. There was also complementary wine, juice and water waiting for us in the fridge, much appreciated after a long flight and arriving late at night.

The sea views from the pool and balcony are just beautiful. The location is also great especially if you don't want to rent a car. It is a very nice 5 minute walk to the town with a great choice of eating establishments, shops and bars.

First Options was First Class; they arranged taxis from and to the airport, all arriving on time. On the last day of our holiday we needed to vacate our villa at 11:00 because some other lucky family were starting their holiday and the villa needed to be cleaned; since our return flight wasn't until 22:00 First Options (Eleanor) organised for us to be picked up at the villa and taken to another "stop gap" villa until time to leave for the airport, terrific.

I would highly recommend First Options to anyone looking for a perfect Villa holiday. We will definately be returning. Thanks to Eleanor and First Options staff for a wonderful, stress free relaxing holiday.
Owner's Response: This is a "car hire not necessary" villa and it offers a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes within a short walk away. Frustrated

Whilst the villa was spacious, the pool was cold even for the kids. As we had 2 days of poor weather the use of the TV was a waste of time as it only showed Greek TV. It needs to have Satellite TV which is not much fun for us when trying to entertain the kids. Hardly any cooking pans and what was there were too small. Sorry to be a moan but the villa wasn't cleaned to the highest standard.

Location was fair, restaurants too pushy for your custom and the supermarket more expensive than Waitrose.

Unfortunately, I wont be recommending.

Great Villa

I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to do so after the great holiday our family has just enjoyed. From the initial contact and many questions, Eleanor and Chris were 1st Class. The Villa was very spacious, modern and comfortable. As you would expect from such a Villa it was well maintained and clean when we arrived. The cul-de-sac location feels very safe and private. The pool was lovely and well mainatined during our stay to ensure a nice clean pool to cool off in. Coral Bay's main road for retaurants and bars and the beach is approx a 10 min walk with young children - take a pushchair!
We would certainly recommend this property to anybody looking for a nice Villa, in a convenient location with all the mod cons of home.
As a final lovely touch our bed was covered in petals and a bottle of champagne was wating for us to help celebrate our honeymoon, what a thoughtful touch - Thank you!
