Located near Novo Sancti Petri and 6 minutes drive from the superb sandy beach of La Barrosa, the villa offers a comfortable and attractive base for your holiday. The villa is self-contained and fully enclosed with its own private 8 x 4m pool right in front of the terrace so you can enjoy a jug of sangria while watching the children splash around. The attractive garden is lawned with a driveway for two cars. A BBQ and fully-fitted kitchen makes it ideal for a self-catering holiday. The villa is large inside with 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen with dining table, bathroom and en-suite.

The Costa de la Luz is steeped in Spanish culture and history. Unspoilt and traditional, there is something for everyone in this location. The villa is only a short drive from La Barrosa beach with miles of golden sand and two separate play areas for children. Cadiz is only 30 minutes away and Jerez (famous for wine, horses and the zoo), Seville and Gibraltar are within easy travelling distances. Other places to visit include Puerto Santa Maria with it's waterpark, the white village of Medina Sidonia, Vejer and Conil. Facilities for golf, quad biking, horse-riding and tennis are a short drive from the villa and beach activities include jet-skiing, fishing and wind surfing. The town centre of Chiclana is only 10 minutes drive away and holds daily meat and fish markets as well as a weekly outdoor market. The large indoor shopping mall of San Fernando is 20 minutes drive away. Or you could just relax around the pool!

  • For any bookings under 7 nights, a 100 euro surcharge will be charged except in the case of less than 7 nights being available. Rental price includes a welcome pack on arrival.
  • Deposit of 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. Remainder payable by bank transfer 5 weeks prior to arrival date.
  • A breakages/ damages deposit of £200 or 300 € cash is payable on key hand-over. This will be refunded as appropriate within 7 working days of your return.
