Apartment to let. In the stunning seaside resort of L'Ampolla. This brand new ground floor apartment sleeps 4. It comprises of 1 bedroom with double bed. Large studio lounge/dining kitchen area with sofa bed, dining furniture and all kitchen appliances including washing m/c. 1 bathroom with large shower, basin and toilet. All towels and bedding are included. The air conditioned lounge has patio doors leading out onto a furnished patio with wall and gate with use of a swimming pool. This apartment is ideal for families and is fenced with secure parking. You can enjoy a sea view and are only 150m from the beach and within walking distance to the beautiful harbour town with many amenities. The town has good transport links but the area is best discovered by car.

L'Ampolla is situated on the east coast of Spain in the Catalonia province. It is a seaside resort with a harbour and marina. The small town is situated between Barcelona and Valencia a comfortable 1 1/2hr drive from Barcelona and only 35min drive from the popular resort of Salou (Reus airport). L'Ampolla is based on the Ebro delta, a rich fertile area famous for it's rice farming, natural parks and an abundance of wildlife. The river Ebro itself is renowned for its record breaking catfish. There are also many small mountain ranges ideal for hiking/walking. There are also many good local beaches to visit in this area. Salou is home of one of the largest European theme parks and water park, (Port Aventura), so there's plenty to keep the kids entertained.

Apartment and pool area very clean. Amenaties within the apartment good. 20 min walk to the centre of town where parking can be difficult suggest hiring bikes. 10 min walk to nearest sandy beach and resturant. Overall very pleased with price and apartment.
