A Luxury, Air Conditioned, 3 Double Bedroom Detached Villa with its own Private Pool, located in the resort town of El Gouna on the Red Sea. Set in grounds of just under an acre and located on its own beach leading down to the Lagoon, accommodation is spread over two floors with a third floor roof terrace which offers amazing views. This beautiful Villa features 3 Double Bedrooms all en-suite bathrooms, Fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge and Dining area over look the terrace & pool area and ground floor cloakroom. Designed by prominent Egyptian Architect Shehab Mazhar, this beachfront White Villa personifies the warm elegance of Mediterranean architecture and features 360 degree panoramic views of the Red Sea, golf course and surrounding mountains. The villa is approached through its own private driveway with landscaped gardens of 23 palms. The rear pool terrace has sun from dawn till dusk, swimming pool with infinity edge, sunken thatched bar and barbecue area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require a £150.00 Deposit per week(non returnable upon cancellation) to secure your booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure. We also require a refundable security deposit of £200.00 refundable within 7 days on your return to the UK. Full Terms and Conditions of booking are available on Request.

    BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
    You must ensure you take out adequate travel insurance suitable for your needs before you travel. We cannot be responsible for any costs you incur as a result of you failing to do so. For your own peace of mind the insurance should cover you if you have to cancel your arrangements, or for any emergencies that arise while you are away. Please use a reputable insurance company.

  • If We Cancel your Booking
    We reserve the right to cancel your booking in any circumstances, but if we do cancel your booking we will refund you all monies paid or offer you an alternative villa similar to the original one booked, this may involve an increase in price on the original villa booked whichyou may reject. If so all your monies will be refunded as in the first instance.

    Electricity and Water is paid on departure from the Villa to our managing agent. This is approx £20 per person per week. Meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure with our Management Agent.
  • All guests will be checked into our Villa by our English Management Team and shown around the Villa and details of the resort. We can also arrange a food/drink pack to be available in the Villa upon arrival.
    There is also a 24hr emergency number available during your stay.

Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ambiente

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Villa in einem tollen Urlaubsort. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Am schönsten ist die große Terrasse mit dem immer super gepflegten Pool mit einer beeindruckenden Aussicht über die Lagune auf die entfernten Berge in der Wüste Ägyptens. Insbesondere die Abendstunden mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen auf der Terrasse sind unvergesslich. Wir haben viele der Restaurants in der Abut Tig Marina ausprobiert und wurden nie enttäuscht. Wenn man gerne ausgiebige Frühstücksbuffets geniessen möchte, bieten sich die Hotels Sheraton und Mövenpick zu vernünftigen Preisen an. Wir können die Villa und El Gouna unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Die Organisation über die Besitzerin und den Verwaltern vor Ort hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Fantastic villa

From the initial enquiry to the return of the deposit the whole experience has been excellent. We arranged the airport transfers and welcome pack / Wi-Fi through Hayley and the local management company (English) were excellent. The transfer arrived as we came out of the airport and only 30 minutes or so later we were at the villa. And what a fantastic villa it is, the photos did not do it justice it was much bigger and spacious than it appeared. Finished to a very high standard the only downside was that we only had 8 days there. We visited El Gouna in Feb 10 and it was just as great a place to visit, great restaurants and places to visit. I would definitely hire the villa again especially now we know the local English agents who really put your mind at rest, especially as they live just a short distance away. Thank you Hayley for the use of your fabulous villa. The Mckenna's family

Perfect Holiday

If you want a perfect holiday in a perfect location with perfect weather choose this house. Stayed with a party of six people and the house was more than big enough. The outside space with it's own pool, sun deck and private beach really is superb. Although El Gouna is a small town it caters for all your needs. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the marina which is a must to visit. Taxis and tok-toks (local transportation) are easily accessible and cheap so no car required.
Hayley was very responsive to any email before our holiday and her management company live close by and were easy to deal with.
If you are planning a trip to El Gouna I would strongly recommend the house and I am looking forward to returning - hopefully next year.

Fantastic villa, fantasic holiday!

We had a fantastic family holiday in El Gouna.

The villa is fabulous, very spacious and luxurious with everything you could want. The pool is great, both for small children and adults.

If you can drag yourself away from the pool, there is lots to do in El Gouna and the people are so friendly. There are lots of very good restaurants, all kinds of food and plenty of choice for children.

Our boys didn't want to leave at the end of our week, we'd love to go again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect Villa for family holidays

We have visited the villa el asdikaa end of May with 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). The villa gives everything what you need - and more...
We all enjoyed the privacy and the clean environment of the villa and its surrounding.
The villa is well situated in a calm region of El Gouna.
El Gouna is a very safe place and contrary to what you read in newspapers we were feeling the security of Egypt at all time.
The owner as well as the management team are very friendly and helpful and supported our preparation for a great holiday in Egypt.
We will propose our friends to go to El Gouna and to book Villa El Asdikaa if it will be available.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
