This beautiful Villa features 3 Double Bedrooms all en-suite bathrooms, Fully equipped Walnut Kitchen, Lounge and Dining area over look the terrace and pool area and ground floor cloakroom. Designed by prominent Egyptian Architect Shehab Mazhar, this beachfront White Villa personifies the warm elegance of Mediterranean architecture and features 360 degree panoramic views of the Red Sea, golf course and surrounding mountains. The villa is approached through its own private driveway with landscaped gardens of 23 palms. The rear pool terrace has sun from dawn till dusk, swimming pool with infinity edge, sunken thatched bar and barbecue area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require a £150.00 Deposit per week(non returnable upon cancellation) to secure your booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure. We also require a refundable security deposit of £200.00 refundable within 7 days on your return to the UK. Full Terms and Conditions of booking are available on Request.

    BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
    You must ensure you take out adequate travel insurance suitable for your needs before you travel. We cannot be responsible for any costs you incur as a result of you failing to do so. For your own peace of mind the insurance should cover you if you have to cancel your arrangements, or for any emergencies that arise while you are away. Please use a reputable insurance company.

  • If We Cancel your Booking
    We reserve the right to cancel your booking in any circumstances, but if we do cancel your booking we will refund you all monies paid or offer you an alternative villa similar to the original one booked, this may involve an increase in price on the original villa booked whichyou may reject. If so all your monies will be refunded as in the first instance.

    Electricity and Water is paid on departure from the Villa to our managing agent. This is approx £20 per person per week. Meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure with our Management Agent.
  • All guests will be checked into our Villa by our English Management Team and shown around the Villa and details of the resort. We can also arrange a food/drink pack to be available in the Villa upon arrival.
    There is also a 24hr emergency number available during your stay.

Just returned from an 8 day stay in this villa. We had a very enjoyable time, villa is well-equipped and pleasant. Kids loved the pool. El Gouna is a nice, quiet, clean holiday spot. The management company were very professional and helpful. Definitely recommended.

The villa was immaculately clean, with grounds and swimming pool well maintained. The owner was most cooperative, even supplying a crib for our baby grandson. Our security deposit was refunded promptly. El Gouna is an excellent spot to spend a holiday, and we shall gladly return.

A perfect villa for a week of relaxation. The villa is very much as it looks on the website, is well maintained and is very well set up with everything you need. El Gouna is very much a holiday town so choose it for what it is, not as a base for sightseeing. There are a range of restaurants, some very good others less so in the Marina and Downtown.
