Notes to the rental rates

  • We require a £150.00 Deposit per week(non returnable upon cancellation) to secure your booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure. We also require a refundable security deposit of £200.00 refundable within 7 days on your return to the UK.
  • Electricity and Water is paid on departure from the Villa to our managing agent. This is approx £10 per person per week. Meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure with our Management Agent.
  • All guests will be checked into our Villa by our English Management Company and shown around the Villa, details of the resort with a welcome pack. We can also arrange a food/drink pack to be available in the Villa upon arrival.
    There is also a 24hr emergency number available during your stay.
