The villa is located in a private road less than a minute away from the white sandy public beach at Poste Lafayette. This part of the coastline is widely considered to be an area of outstanding natural beauty. The villa sits in a garden of over 4500 square metres and there is an abundance of local flora and fauna. The tropical garden offers a haven of peace and tranquillity as well as total privacy. The villa is furnished to a high standard and offers spacious accommodation. Ground floor: Large open plan living and dining area-Well equipped kitchen -Separate utility room-Large terrace overlooking swimming pool and tropical garden -Large tropical garden. First Floor: Two double bedrooms and one twin room. This luxury villa provides the perfect environment for a relaxing and tranquil holiday away from it all. There are a number of local shops within a couple of minutes by car from the villa. The nearest shopping town is at Flacq which is a 10 minute bus ride away or a few minutes by car. There is a lively local market twice a week and a number of good supermarkets where you can buy all your groceries and drinks. There are also several hotels nearby such as Le Prince Maurice (5 star), Belle Mare Plage, Coco Beach etc where you can use the restaurants and bars as well as sports facilities such as diving and golf. The public beach at Belle Mare is a few minutes away by car and here you will find activities such as snorkelling, diving, water skiing and para sailing as well as the undersea walk. Boat trips are also available from here. The nearest local beach is at Poste Lafayette and the beach is an area of outstanding natural beauty and a haven of tranquility for those who just want to relax and soak up the sun. There are excellent restaurants offering creole, european and chinese dishes.

  • The main villa has three bedrooms on the first floor. A guest bed is available to sleep an additional person on the ground floor. The Guest Cottage is located within the grounds of the villa approximately 200m from the main villa. The Guest Cottage has an additional double bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchen and large terrace overlooking the garden. In total, the villa and the guest cottage can accommodate upto 9 adults sharing. There are also a cots for babies and infants. The main villa has two bathrooms with shower and wc and there is an additional bathroom in the guest cottage. The villa and the cottage offer plenty of space- ideal for large familiies or groups of friends sharing.
