A quiet 3 bedroom property situated in the upmarket residential area of Roca Lisa only 950 yards from the little bay of Cala Olivera.A security guard gated urbanisation surrounding the 27 hole golf course. The house is ground floor only. At the front of the house, terrace & pool overlook the golf course. Charming large sitting room with dining area and bar/open kitchen open to pool/terrace.The pool area is private and not overlooked by neighbours, sunny, west view. It is a 10min walk to the Golf course Clubhouse and restaurant. There is an outside and inside dining area with sunloungers and sitting area. The comfortable sitting room is equipped with music and sat TV and wireless internet. Two of the bedrooms have aircon the third a fan. The kitchen is fully set-up with dishwashers/microwave etc. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The lovely beach of Cala Llonga is 3 kilometres away: Ibiza charming old port is 15min away: Santa Eulalia village is 10-15min by car.

The property is situated near the coast between Ibiza, and the lovely residents village of Santa Eulalia. The large sandy beach of Cala Llonga is nearby(5 K) with restaurants bars etc. Cala Olivera is a small rocky but private beach 15 mins walk away. The house is on the 27 hole golf course, reduced prices for golf may be able to be arranged(Club H´cap cert ?) by the owners who are members. A recommended excursion is a day trip to Formentera island:the Hippy Market and Ibiza old town. Private speedboat trip can be organised by owner to Formentera. Island restaurants are famous local favourites Paellas, Lamb chops & allioli. Restaurant and island guides in the house. Taxi service for late night eating & drinking. Enquire about baby-sitting etc

There is a main entrance terrace at the back of the house, and another front terrace which has a covered shaded area with an outside dining table and sofa sitting area. Four Sun loungers and a newly built 7 metre by 4 metre pool with outside shower. From the pool the view overlooks the greens and fairways of the golf course facing west. Please request other facilities such as Car rental or bicycles rental etc..cars can be arranged for airport pick-up and return.
