not for SELF CATERING

This villa is not for people wanting self catering in the proper sense. It is a small villa inside, no air conditioning which in heat of 35plus does not make for comfortable living. It is Basic beyond Basic. and with powerpoints loose in the walls not particularly safe. The furniture is very tired and stained. The area of the villa is very nice although a car is essential. The staff are very helpful but they cannot be held responsible for individual owners property It may be that other villas in the complex are much more comfortable and indeed appeared to be so but Villa O is not one I will be returning to. In respect of cost, I stayed in a excellent hotel last year for very much the same price
Owner's Response: I was very sorry to receive the review above, it is very unusual. The guest stayed at Melegrano. I have now removed this villa from Holiday Rentals and replaced it with Il Sole. I must agree a car is essential and I am delighted the staff on site were helpful. I add a note that all powerpoints have been checked and found to be safe.
