Ideally situated on exclusive Windermere Island adjoining the island of Eleuthera, it is located just 20 yards from the stunning Atlantic beach. A second more secluded beach cove nearby, with warm shallow waters, is ideal for small children.

Built with an open-plan living room and dining area, it has traditional Italian tile floor throughout. Ceiling fans and sea breezes ensure the fitted air conditioning is rarely needed. Sliding doors open wide onto balconies overlooking the beach. All the main living and sleeping rooms have wonderful views of the ocean. The well-equipped kitchen has a tiled floor and counter tops. There is also a wooden patio area outside.
