This house ideally situated in a wonderful peaceful rural location is set on a hillside with view of the City of Dijon and of the surrounding countryside. The French owners of this holiday accommodation live next door, they will be delighted to share their great knowledge of the area. The interior has been carefully decorated making the house feel very comfortable. There are stairs to the entrance of this house a more than fully equipped kitchen with all the machines, a laundry room, living/dining room with working log chimney, central heating throughout the house. 2 Double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate WC. Big balcony with furniture and barbecue, sun early morning and at lunch time. Small pretty garden with table/chairs. Lake Kir 10mins.
