• Prices above are also subject to a 50 euros cleaning charge paid locally in Spain , 50% Deposit is required to reserve, the remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival. A £100 refundable damage deposit is also required, it will be refunded to you in full within 7 days of the keys being returned to us and subject to there being no damage in the apartment. Short Stays are also available on request.
  Payment can be made by Credit Card (Pay Pal) for charge 3.4%.
  
• We also can arrange for you to be collected from the airport, either Alicante or Murcia (Alicante 50 euros, Murcia 35 euros) by our agents who live very close to the apartment. They will meet and greet you at the apartment when you arrive and are there just in case you need anything during your stay and can answer all questions that may arise.
