This superb, brand new, 2 bedroom apartment is finished and furnished to a very high specification. The lounge a large LCD TV and DVD player and an extremely comfortable 3 piece suite. It also has glass sliding doors on two sides leading to an 'L' shaped terrace. The terrace has an outdoor lounge seating area, dining for 6 people, sunloungers and a day bed. There are 2 bathrooms, both with power showers and a kitchen with all the necessary amenities. They include a ceramic hob cooker, oven and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, full dining service and cutlery. This property is very near both Talamanca Bay and Marina Botofoch in the Ibiza town area of Ibiza. The shops bars and restaurants of the Dalt Vila and Ibiza town centre are about 15 to 20 minutes away by foot. The walk there is delightful along the Marina. For those that may be interested, the world famous Pacha nightclub is only about 5 minutes walk away.
