This Beautiful detached self catering villa is available all year, offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all on one level, in a peaceful setting just 10 minutes from pretty Moraira town and beach, and buzzing Javea with its bars and shops! Comprising of Granit worktops, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, gas hob and central heating, fine linens, quality beds, fitted wardrobes throughout, TV and DVD, ceiling fans and sofa bed. Outside is a private sun terrace with all day sun, direct access from patio to shared pool (between 4 villas), great for the children! Also you can dine in the shade and admire the view of Benitachell church. This luxury family villa is fully equipped perfect for up to 8 people.

In the evening take a Lovely walk along the harbour with its small bars and restaurants.The blue flag beach is very child friendly with sunbeds parasols and a simple restaurant. Buzzing Javea is 10min away from house too, its full of great restaurants and boutiques, and has a large beach with a promenade to walk along great for evening strolls. Benitichell village has a supermarket, chemist, bars, banks, restaurants and a stunning church, these are 2 min drive from house.

Dear Hayley and Jonathan, I was delighted how beautifully you had decorated your villa, it was immaculate!
the double bed in the ensuite was a dream. Your pool was very clean, your kitchen has a dishwasher yippee!
My grandsons made some nice friends by the pool and i watched them play for hours in the hot sun while i sat on the patio in the shade. As you suggested we went to Moraira beach and fair, both great for the kids.

Enjoyed an Easter stay at this comfortable, clean and spacious villa. We found that the location was ideal for exploring this stunning part of the Costa Blanca. The villa itself is part of a smart and modern development with beautiful views of nearby Benitachell. We would definitely like to return after such a positive experience.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

stayed here last august with my husband and children i think we were the first people in beutifull villa with every thing you need [dishwasher washing machine etc] pool fantastic neighbours very friendly denia moraria lovely towns to visit had an excellent holiday looking to go back tthis year
