Only 15 minutes from the airport the Villa Helena is a delightful detached four-bedroomed villa situated within a peaceful area of Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. The villa’s superb location ensures peace and quiet for guests, whilst being close to all the towns amenities. The villa is only a ten-minute stroll from the old town and harbour and is only 400metres from the beach. The nearest supermarket and bank are only 200 metres from the Villa. The sun terrace is the perfect spot in which to sunbathe on the comfortable, adjustable sun loungers set in peaceful surroundings. For those guests wishing to harbour from the sun, three large parasols are provided. The barbecue and garden furniture provided are ideal for those summer evenings, when wishing to dine al-fresco. The 6m x 3m heated swimming pool (which is cleaned twice weekly and can be heated) ranges from 0.6m to 1.75m in depth. With its Roman steps it can be enjoyed by children and adults alike.

  • One double bedroom is on the top floor of the Villa and has a full en-suite bathroom. It has a king-size bed with bedside cabinets and reading lamps. In front of the king size bed is a wall mounted mirror, and a set of drawers. The main bedroom also has a double wardrobe, which has ample space for the storage of all your clothes for your holiday. Also within this wardrobe is a fixed keyed safe for your use during your stay. There are double louvered windows which lead out onto the private upper sun terrace. The second double bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has a large double bed with bedside cabinets, reading lamps, a set of drawers and a full size double wardrobe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Each twin bedroom has a centre positioned bedside cabinet. There are double wardrobes in each of the bedrooms which provide ample space for the storage of all your clothes for your holiday.

Notes: The washing machine is situated in the utility room just off the kitchen area. Clothes maidens are provided. Within this utility area are kept the lounger cushions for use on the sun-loungers during your stay. Three large parasols are also kept in this area for your use. There is a twice weekly maid service and a once weekly (Thursday) linen change. The private heated pool is cleaned twice weekly. A babies high chair is available at an additional cost of £15 per week. A cot is also available at an additional cost of £15 per week (no linen included). Fold up bed (including linen) £30. The pool can be heated for a cost of £35 per week.
