The villa is spacious, with 2 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and its own bathroom. There is a large sitting room with cable TV and an open plan kitchen diner with all amenities including fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave. There is also a laundry room and washing machine. As well as a large garden, the villa has room for off road parking. The property sleeps up to 8 people and is ideal for a group of friends or a large family. Individual rooms can be rented for smaller groups.

Villa Bougainvillea is located in the friendly, local community of Gros Islet on the north west coast of St Lucia, 5 minutes from Rodney Bay, and a short walk from the beach. It is ideally located for all major events in St Lucia including cricket, Jazz and the world-famous Friday Night Gros Islet Jump Up. Shops and local amenities are close by, as are excellent transportation links to the capital city, Castries, and all parts of the island.

A beautiful property with all mod cons, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Near to all amenities and attractions. Good welcome pack, Plenty of up-to-date information about what to do and where to go available in the property. The property was exactly as described by the owner and I have already recommended friends to stay there.. Friendly representatives (cleaners, agents) and good customer service mostly. Lots to do and see including Rodney Bay great but rather expensive, botanical gardens, walk-in volcano, great beaches, great local food, etc.

Would have rated as excellent but for the neighbour who was working on his house and made a lot of noise and blocked the front of the property with his building materials. Also the agent was great when we first arrived but then very difficult to get hold of after that.

My Lovely, visit to Villa Bougainvillea

I had a lovely holiday with my family at the villa. Spacious places, ideal for family sized group, clean, well kept accommodation, met all our requirements. We thought it was great location amongst a friendly community.

The local beach was fabulous and I went for a swim and jog along the beautiful beach every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. I recommend your villa to all my friends and family members as the accommodation is ideal for large groups.

I had a wonderful time in st Lucia like I always do and the villa was what my kids would describe as massive somehow in normal terms means very good. Very clean and convenient for all our needs especially our daily trips to the beach, shops, even the Internet cafe which was very useful for my work. Thanks again for letting us stay I would recommend it to my best friends.

We had a lovely holiday and were very pleased with your villa. It was clean, spacious and in a fabulous community setting. It met all our requirements. We thought it was an excellent find. We always try to have holidays in which we see the real community and not just tourist attractions and therefore it was perfectly situated. The local beach was fabulous and I went for a swim each morning. The community was really friendly. We throughly enjoyed our stay. I would certainly recommend your villa to anyone who I knew was going to St Lucia.
