5 bed detached property in a private estate with stunning views and direct access to the Shannon Erne waterway. Boat & tackle hire are available on site as is fishing on the longest stretch of privately owned river in Ireland. The property is spread over 3 floors with 2 bedrooms (one en suite double & one twin room), a sauna room, and a kitchen & living area on the ground floor. At first floor level there are 2 more bedrooms (one en suite double & one twin room), a kitchen, utility room and a dining/living area. On the top floor is the master bedroom (en suite double) and a mezzanine area for watching TV, admiring the beautiful scenery or just reading a book. The layout of the property makes it ideal for two families going on holiday together.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates shown are for 3 to 6 people using 3 bedrooms, higher rates will apply to larger groups. A supplement will apply to larger groups (those using more than 3 bedrooms) while there are discounts for couples/ 2 guests (excluding high season). The reason for the supplement for larger groups is that our property is effectively a three bed house sitting on top of a two bed apartment. There is external access to both the ‘house’ and the ‘apartment’ and internal access between the two. The property is only let to one party at a time, i.e. the 'house' and 'apartment' are not let to different parties at the same time.
  • A security deposit of €250 is payable and will be refunded within 7 days of the rental termination date, subject to any damage done and the property being left in a tidy state. Heating is an additional charge all year while electricity & heating are additional charges between October and May.
  • Please note that we operate a strict no smoking policy in the house. There is a covered deck outside the house.

However, there is a large decked area (100 square metres) that is enclosed. Das Haus entsprach total der Beschreibung. Alles war sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig, hat sich auch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.
Die Umgebung ist sehr Ruhig und schön.
Wir waren 9 Leute, und hatten genügend Platz.
Noch Mals ein Dankeschön an Donal Kelly, der einen super Job gemacht hat.

I can only start with Absolutely tranquil, pleasurable comfort abound, the stay was without any fault.
All rooms have a feel of home with a level of comfort given to an all inclusive complex i have had the pleasure to stay across the world.
P{rivate estate gives you the feel that you are in a secure place, if you took young children, the place is for them .
had a wonderful time in the emerald Aisle and would recommend this stay to all of my friends and work colleagues

This property is just as pretty as the pictures on the holiday rentals web site. It is perfectly located for a quiet getaway yet not too far from the local amenities. The interior of the house is very tastefully decorated and the owners were very helpful and quick in replying to any questions we had about leisure facilities etc.The fishing was excellent and was right on your doorstep. I would highly recommend a meal in the Captain's Table Restaurant in Belturbet, the food is excellent and reasonably priced. An added bonus was having a sauna in the house especially when the unpredictable Irish weather decides to change.
