5 bed detached property in a private estate with stunning views and direct access to the Shannon Erne waterway. Boat & tackle hire are available on site as is fishing on the longest stretch of privately owned river in Ireland. The property is spread over 3 floors with 2 bedrooms (one ensuite), a sauna room, and a kitchen & living area on the ground floor. At first floor level there are 2 more bedrooms (one ensuite), a kitchen, utility room and a dining/living area. On the top floor is the master bedroom (ensuite) and a mezzanine area for watching TV, admiring the beautiful scenery or just reading a book. A maid service is available at an extra cost (payable locally to the caretaker). The property should be left clean & tidy. Alternatively, the caretaker will clean the property for an additional cost of €75. Please note that the garden is not enclosed. However, there is a large decked area (100 square metres) that is enclosed. There are two separate kitchens & living areas within the house - this makes it an ideal property for two families who wish to share or for a family who wish to bring their parents on holiday with them etc. There is external access to both the ground floor and the first floor The tennis courts are next door to the site - they are under different management who have been happy to permit Riverrun residents to use the courts

Wake up to the sun rising over the lake and you can spend your time watching wildlife and boating throughout the day.

This superb accommodation has stunning lake views and the River Erne is just meters away. The house has its own mooring 100 metres from at the end of the garden for quick access to the vast Erne waterway. Fishing, Bird or Nature watching or just looking for a stress free zone Riverrun has it all. There are a number of excellent golf courses including the Slieve Russell course nearby. Other activities available locally include horse riding, tennis & swimming
