Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach side apartment in Paraiso Vera Playa. Brand new Andalucian style apartment by the sea, ideal for family holidays or for people who want to relax by the beach. The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Lounge with sofa bed, a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven and fridge freezer, and heating/air-conditioning. In the lounge there is TV with satellite, DVD player. The terraces are at the front and back of the apartment with the third terrace leading off from the master bedroom. There is a large pool also a Jacuzzi with lawn areas which is shared. Ground floor self-catering apartment has its own secure gardens both front and rear, along intercom with private parking. Patio furniture is on back terrace and is ideal for outdoor entertaining. Also if you traveling by car there is underground car park located for the apartment.

Vera Playa Located between Puerto Rey and Villaricos and said to be the place where Hannibal landed his elephants in Roman times.  The 8km of sandy beach have a Blue Flag award. At near by town of Palomares boasts the only desert golf course in Europe, the PGA standard Desert Springs golf course is located only 2 minutes from the town. The town of Mojacar Split into two distinct areas, the town and the beach. Mojacar Pueblo (town) is a hill top village with whitewashed buildings and steep cobbled streets perched high above the Mediterranean Sea. The place is a haven for artists, writers and photographers and thanks to its charm and relaxed atmosphere has become a popular tourist destination. Mojacar Playa (Beach), located just 2km from the Pueblo is a beach resort with 17km of sandy beaches.

  • Property is also available for long term rental from end of October to the end of March 550euros a month.
    Prices are for the property per week in Euro. Bookings Saturday/Sunday if possible. Arrive 3pm local time if this does not fit within your flight times we will try to arrange alternative times. We require a non-refundable Deposit of 25% on booking with the balance payable 3 weeks before arrival. Please arrange own insurance, owners will accept no liability for loss or damage to goods or persons. Low cost airlines fly to Almeria, Murcia and Alicante from most British airports. Car hire from airports.
  • Notes: that refundable deposit will be charged at 300€ at the time of booking in lieu of breakage’s, missing items or any damage incurred to the property.
