This superior, newly built apartment is located in an exclusive residential area located on a mountain known as La Cumbre del Sol (Summit of the Sun). The apartment is in the perfect position to relax and watch the sun rise over the Mediterranean sea. There are two impressive infinity swimming pools (2 minutes walk) for use by the guests of Casa de la Vista. There is a pebble cove and caves to explore on the Cumbre beach together with local supermarkets, restaurants, chemist, newsagent and bank all within a five minute drive (30 minute walk). The views are absolutely breathtaking from the apartment's large terrace, a camera is essential. The Cumbre del Sol is a beautiful mountain which separates the smaller town of Moraira and the larger resort of Javea. Both within easy driving distance of 10 minutes, both towns having safe, sandy beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and all amenities.

Golf details

There are upwards of 12 golf courses on the Costa Blanca and 4 within easy reach of Moraira. All have golf clubs for hire and most, if not all can provide coaching. CLUB DE GOLF ‘IFACH’ No of Holes: 9 Par: 60. The Club de Golf Ifach course is situated on the coast road between Moraira and Calpe on the San Jaime Urbanisation in Benissa, hence surrounding views of the most prestigious properties in the area, set in a beautiful fertile valley with distant scenes of Calpe’s D’Ifach rock and sparkling blue Mediterranean sea. CLUB DE GOLF JAVEA No of Holes: 9 Par: 72. Situated between Moraira and Javea, this all year course is slightly longer and quite flat, easier to play and not so tiring in the hot summer sun. On the Cumbre is a National Park (preservation area) with stunning walks along the coast with wild flowers, rosemary and thyme growing in abundance. Cumbre cove beach (Playa de Moraig) with crystal clear blue waters - excellent for swimming, snorkeling. Spanish Bars, TENNIS. This part of Spain is recognized by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest places in the world to live.There are many local Fiestas which take place during the year and visitors are made most welcome. BENITACHELL: a small Spanish village dominated by a beautiful Church which is floodlit at night with many narrow streets. A small market takes place on Wednesday attended by the locals. The Cumbre is perfectly situated between the smaller town of Moraira and the larger resort of Javea (known by the Spanish as the Jewels of Spain) and within10 minutes drive.
