There is a pebble cove and caves to explore on the Cumbre beach together with local supermarkets, restaurants, chemist, newsagent and bank all within a five minute drive (30 minute walk). The views are absolutely breathtaking from the apartment's large terrace, a camera is essential. The Cumbre del Sol is a beautiful mountain which separates the smaller town of Moraira and the larger resort of Javea. Both within easy driving distance of 10 minutes, both towns having safe, sandy beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and all amenities.

• Rates are for rental of the apartment with a maximum of 4/5 guests.
  30% deposit payable to secure villa.
  Remainder of balance payable 12 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment required for bookings taken within 12 weeks of arrival.
  £150 refundable damage waiver deposit required.
  The rental rates include bed linen, bath and hand towel per guest, beach towels, a mid-week laundry change for bookings of 2 weeks or more, water and electricity, and final cleaning at the end of your stay.

There are upwards of 12 golf courses on the Costa Blanca and 4 within easy reach of Moraira. All have golf clubs for hire and most, if not all can provide coaching. The Club de Golf Ifach course is situated on the coast road between Moraira and Calpe on the San Jaime Urbanisation in Benissa, hence surrounding views of the most prestigious properties in the area, set in a beautiful fertile valley with distant scenes of Calpe’s D’Ifach rock and sparkling blue Mediterranean sea.
