The apartment is situated on the beautiful new development of El Pinar, in the exclusive San Gines area of La Azohia, just a 500m stroll from La Azohia beach. From vantage points the development offers unbroken, panoramic views of the Mediterranean, stretching from La Azohia to Puerto de Mazarron. The apartment is ground floor, perfect for families with babies and young children. The garden to the front of the apartment is beautiful with fruit trees, a large dining table with umbrella and a barbecue. A balcony leading from the lounge allows some shade, with a further table and chairs. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with a large corner sofa in the spacious lounge, air-conditioning (hot and cold) throughout and Sky TV (Freeview). The kitchen is fully fitted with a large, separate freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board and microwave. A travel cot with bedding and a high chair can be provided on request at no extra cost.

A short walk from the apartment are the beautiful, safe, sandy beaches, perfect for families with young children (with life guards during July and August). The area is still relatively undiscovered by tourists, allowing it to retain it's character, charm and natural beauty-perfect for those who prefer a quiet holiday and make their own entertainment. Along the picturesque beach front are a couple of shops and several bars and restaurants serving a variety of local Tapas dishes as well as Menu del Dia. Situated between the city of Cartagena and Mazarron, La Azohia is 20min by car from Cartagena, a beautiful, historic city great for both shopping and sightseeing and 15min by car from the Port of Mazarron where a variety of shops, supermarkets, banks and local markets can be found. For the more adventurous, we can take you on guided walks; mountainous or coastal routes. Other activities include: golf, scuba diving, biking, fishing, whale and dolphin viewing.

    The balance to be paid 8 weeks (56 days) prior to arrival.
    A returnable breakage deposit of £200 to be paid with the balance.
    Please note that the apartment must be vacated by 10am, unless otherwise agreed with the owners.

Guest Review : 'Margaret and I had a really great time at La Azohia the peace and tranquillity of the whole area coupled with breathtaking scenery was just what we needed. The mountains behind the apartment were covered with herbs (rosemary & thyme) which we used in our cooking. The apartment was spacious and modern with every convenience you could wish for. The patio and garden were just right for eating alfresco and catching the morning sun. We enjoyed all the walks both guided by you and ones we ventured on our own. The walks with you we would never have found on our own and the views you showed us were spectacular. The beaches stretched for miles with hardly a soul in sight. The bathing was both warm and safe. A supermarket nearby had everything you needed. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and of course we will be retuning. Many thanks for a really great time. The owners have attended us really good and they have provided to us all we needed. The flat is well-equipped and it is ideal for kids because it has got big terraces and a swimming pool conditioned safety.
I would suggest this apartment for friends and family who wants to join of relax, pool and beach.Finally, I would recommend it because it has got an easy access to park the car,too.
