Villa Amalia is uniquely located, by the sea on the left most tip of beautiful Coral Bay, with its 3 sandy beaches. The main beach is a European Blue Flag beach, the best natural beach in the area and among the best on the Island. Villa Amalia’s views are truly stunning. Most bedrooms enjoy sea views on two sides, as they also overlook onto the adjoining bay on the left side of Coral Bay. The sunsets are truly magnificent and at night you can enjoy the gentle sound of the waves breaking against the beach -Villa Amalia sleeps comfortably up to 11 persons and offers a lot of extras - swimming pool, direct sea access.   • If you would like to make your dream a reality and enjoy this stunning and unique property for yourself, please choose your check-in date, click on 'Book now' and fill in the reservation request form. Please do not forget to mention the number of weeks you intend to spend with us.

    Prices shown are based on the villa rental per week. To see the cost per person per day select the number of persons below. Bookings are made on a weekly basis (Wednesday to Wednesday) or (saturday to saturday)
  • Payments:
    A 30% deposit payment for all villas and products including any promotional offers is required at the time of booking regardless of the product arrangements being confirmed. If the booking is made within eight weeks of the date of arrival then full payment is required immediately. In the event that the Booking Agent is unable to obtain final confirmation of availability for the selected villa a full refund of the amount paid will be made. The Booking Agent will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer to our bank account. Booking confirmation together with driving directions for the villa will be sent by email. Where an initial deposit is paid, the balance must be paid within 8 weeks of the commencement date of the booking, whether demanded by us or not. If this is not paid within 7 days of it being due, then we reserve the right to cancel the villa booking without any refund.
  • Breakages & Cleanliness:
    Our accommodation is made available for letting on the understanding that the property will be left clean and tidy at the time of checkout and all personal waste must be removed from the property. It is not our policy to take any security deposit however the customer will be held responsible for any damage or breakages to the property, caused by the customer and in the event of such occurrence, the incident must be reported to the villa owner or their representative immediately and appropriate compensation made. Customers are not permitted to move any furniture or equipment without prior written consent from ourselves or the villa owner. In the event of such permission being granted, it is the customers responsibility to return the same to its original position before checkout. Under no circumstances must any property for use inside the property, be moved outside.

This villa is absolutely amazing. It is very well equipped. The view is amazing. It is very spacious and would definately go back. Amaila the owner is a lovely and very helpful lady.

Fantastic views over Coral Bay

8 of us stayed in this 3 story property in Nov 2009.There was more than enough room for all of us.The house has amazing views of the sea perhaps the best in Coral bay and steps that led down into the water.Though take protective footwear if you decide to swim from here as it is quite rocky.
Lovely big pool,plenty of loungers,
Well equiped kitchen with a small one on the pool level too.
TV and dvd player in the very large sitting room but not much english tv so take some dvd's with you if you get easily bored. in the evenings.Not that we did as we were only there a week but i would have if i had gone for any longer.
The resturants are quite a walk for elderly people and if the day is really hot and very dark if you walk back .late at night.It maybe takes 15 mins.Sometimes we couldn't be bothered to go out as there really isn't much going on in town.This suited us but i think teenagers maybe a bit dissapointed with the night life my son certainly was although he enjoyed the pool room,ping pong,gym and darts etc.

This villa is absolutely fantastic for a relaxing break.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children

WOW!

The Irish, English & Welsh gang! Dorset

We stayed at the villa 26-Oct - 2-Nov. What a fantastic place, the photos don't do justice. Everything we could have wanted was there for us. It was clean, well equipped & very easy to access Coral Bay. Amalia (the owner) was so lovely to us & couldn't do enough to help when she learned that a return flight ticket had been left in England!!! I don't know what else to say, it is impossible to describe the beauty of Villa Amalia & the wonderful views we had day & night. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed get away with a large party then a stay at Amalia is a MUST. :-) Thank you Amalia for your FAB hospitality, we will return.

of Amalia on the web;
barely captured the essence of
such a wonderful des. res.

A villa so comfortable and spacious;
we lived in magnificient style,
spectacular sunsets, mountain views;
beautiful coast - mile upon mile.

Veranda breakfasts followed ping pong,
and oh that clear blue pool;
just what the doctor ordered
to keep us all cool!

60 'Mamma Mia' steps down
to a secluded jetty;
a truly magical place
we will never forgetty!

Villa Amelia in the Spring

We booked Villa Amelia for our daughters 18th birthday. We arrived at night so didn't see the beauty of it all until the morning. The outlook across to Coral Bay was beautiful, the sunsets on the horizon were amazing !. Every need was catered for in this wonderful villa - including the wine in Welcome Pack.! Coral Bay is an easy stroll of an evening - and it makes it easier if you dance on the way home xx
I would recommend this villa for everyone
