It has an access to the terrace and thus it offers a great sea-view from the bed. Other 2 smaller rooms (6,5 and 5,5m2), are equipped 2 individual beds each and a window towards the city & lake view. The fourth room is also 12m2 and has a double bed and a double cupboard, with views to the sea, city & lake. All beds have different blankets for different seasons, and towels.

We found this lovely appartment ideal for a group of 6 people. 1 hours walk, half an hours metro or 10 minutes taxi drive from the center of Barcelona with excellent shopping and restaurants in the center across the street. Paddle tennis equipment available, a nice gym and swimmingpool offers activities for both kids and adults.
Akira is very helpful and lives nearby. Clearly recommendable.

Great apartment in the best part of Barcelona

We have recently returned form a 2 week holiday with our 3 children (aged 10-16). The apartment description is very accurate so no need to say more. The best thing for us is the location, situated in the nicest part of Barcelona, the sea is only a few mines walk, the pool is warm, the gym is there if you choose to use it!

Literally over the road is a shopping mall with dozens of shops and almost an equal number of restaurants and other food outlets (yes a McDonalds and Burger King as well). Alcampo is a large supermarket like an ASDA or TESCO so you can get all your necessaties there is you want to eat in.

Parks abound all around the apartment, with playgrounds and lakes, very pleasant but if you want to travel to the "busier" parts of the city Metro, Trams and Buses are close by (Get the T-10 ticcket for easy travelling).

The owner speaks perfect English and is close by if needed. We will retun I'm sure - highly recommended.

The description detailing the apartment is very accurate so I can only back that up! Good location with some nice restaurants and shops close by, nice views of the sea, clean and tidy apartment and great facilities.

Owners very helpful and if we where to visit Barcelona in the future we would certainly stay in this apartment again!

Panoramic View of The Mediterranean Sea

This was the second time we rented an apartment from this owner. One could not ask for a better landlord - close by, available if needed and very dependable.

Just think marble and travertine - on all walls and floors! This makes for a beautiful and bright living quarters on the 10th floor of a high-rise overlooking the Mediterranean with incredible views - both night and day. The balconies accessible from one bedroom, the kitchen and the living room provide enjoyable spaces for eating and drinking or just standing and enjoying the weather and views.

The apartment is huge, almost 1100 sq ft, and with the bedroom and bathroom arrangement, two couples can stay with utmost privacy. The kitchen and living-dining areas become the common area to get together. There is one full bath in one large bedroom and another full bath in the hall outside the other large bedroom. There are two smaller bedrooms off the hallway. There is a clothes washer and dryer in the utility room off the kitchen. It does take awhile to dry!

Across from the apartment is the largest shopping mall in Barcelona. It has many, many shops and eating places along with a large store that is Barcelona's answer to Walmart.

Getting around is really easy. Buses are across the street or half a block up the street. The tram is one block away and the subway is about two blocks away. You buy the T-10 pass and ride all of them at an inexpensive, discounted price!

It is a quiet neighborhood even with the shopping center directly across the street. No trouble sleeping!! You are in a secure building with two elevators, underground garage parking if you have a car and a nice pool area. A gym and racket court is also available for your use.

You cannot go wrong leasing this space for your trip to Barcelona. And it is really a relief to know you have a trustworthy landlord - you do not worry about your living space. If you need a smaller apartment, the landlord has an apartment on Marina near the Sagrada Familia.This is a nice area also.
