perfect holiday! the villa was fantastic, it had everything we needed easy to get into benidorm would recomend to couples and families definitly would go again great value for money

I have just got back from a wonderful two weeks at this beautiful villa, it has a lovely pool, the kids had so much room to enjoy themselves and the villa itself was spotless with all the amenities you could wish for including A/C and Sky TV.
We have rented villas before but never one as good as this one including the excellent service with a pick up and drop off at the airport.
We have told all our friends about your villa and will be renting in again next year, absolutely fabulous

Found this villa to be lovely and clean. All the discrepancies mentioned by the previous reviewer have been rectified including sufficient towels laid on each bed. Though the garage was still unusable this was not a problem to us as the garage was underground. There was always on-street parking available at, or close-by the house.

The pool was very well maintained, and there was enough outside loungers and chairs for relaxing. Also a new barbecue was in situ.

Not grumbles really just points to note: There were a few loose tiles on the stairs between the pool and the lower level terrace which hopefully will be fixed soon. Finally, a teapot would have been appreciated.

All in all an enjoyable stay in a comfortable villa.

Property is lovely but the overall cleaniness left a lot to be desired. The pool was very clean. On arrival we cleaned the property from top to bottom and it took 5 buckets of water to do that. The main bed rolled into the middle, the 2 singles were camp beds. The bed linen was sparse and we had to request towels as there were only 2 hand towels for a family of 4. The washing machine was great but the microwave had to be cleaned. The cooker had a couple of burners missing and we didn't use the oven as we couldn't be bothered to clean it. The BBQ was also unusable. States there's a garage but we didn't have the use of it as the caretaker used it for his car.
The property was easy to find if you know the area and if it was cleaned up it would be perfect. Very handy for Benidorm, Terra Mitica and other attractions or touring up and down the coast.
