The villa has four bedrooms & three bathrooms two en-suite. It sleeps up to 8 in comfort. Fully fitted modern kitchen with granite tops cooker fridge freezer combi cooker/microwave dishwasher etc. Large sitting room Sky & European TV (English French German) Video DVD/CD & Hi fi. Separate dining room leading onto terrace with patio table & chairs sunshade & BBQ. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom opens out onto a large terrace. Second level two twin bedrooms & the second master bedroom which has a walk in wardrobe & en suite bathroom. Third bathroom plus a large family room which can be used as another sitting room/playroom. It has a portable TV for computer consoles (bring your own) & DVD. 2 SKY digiboxes (provided).The lower terrace has a Hot tub, sun loungers etc. Washing machine is provided. The complex has a total of 19 villas which share the large pool. It is for the sole use of residents & guests. Ideal for bored children to make friends. Not too busy even in high season.

Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and internet shops. Nice gift, clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean (voted the cleanest town in the Costa Blanca) and the Spanish are very friendly.

Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do. The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, pedalos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track but suitable for all levels. Alicante airport is under one hour away & Valencia one and a quarter.
