Welcome to our gorgeous 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa in Indian Point Kissimmee only 2 minutes from the 192 highway with its huge array of shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes from Disney. The family room is elegantly furnished, with swags and jabots to the sliding door leading to the large liani and the pool deck. Faux painted walls and soft drapes can be found in the formal dinning room, just off the family room, with seating for 6 people. The large breakfast kitchen with its bay window has seating for 4 in a light and airy setting. An archway leads to the master bedroom, the bedroom is a large room with king sized bed, with sliding doors to the liani and pool deck. The master bath has a bath and large walk in shower. On the other side of the family room is another archway leading to 2 more bedrooms and the family bath room. One bedroom has twin beds and the other has bunk beds and a fold away bed. Also from the family room is the 2nd master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Our family villa is only 2 minutes from the 192 highway with its huge array of shops, restaurants and themed dinner shows like Medieval Times and Arabian Nights. Close by are all the attractions and theme parks, including Disney World (10 min); Sea World (20 min); Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure (25 min); Wet & Wild (25 min) and for the animal lover Green Medows petting farm (5 min's) and Horse World (15 min) away. If you are into water sports, Water Sports of Kissimmee is only 5 min down the road on the 192 high way also you will find air boat rides, and all the golf you will ever need. All this is within easy reach of our Family Villa. If you are a beach lover Clearwater is 60 miles to the West and Coco beach is 60 miles to the East, so our Family Villa is no more than an hours drive from the coast.

The 4th bedroom is a themed children's room with bunk beds, standard/double with singe over and a fold away bed in the cupboard, this also has cable TV and a Nintendo Game Cube. Notes: We have a washing machine and dryer in the garage and an ironing board with iron. You will also find a crib and push chair in the garage. In the kitchen we also have a electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker The fridge/freezer has an ice maker in it. There is also seating for 4 people by the bay window. All utensils and crockery for the kitchen and pool side are provided.

A great base for a family holiday

As our first time renting a villa in Florida, and our first trip to Florida, this villa was ideal. It was spacious, 4 large double bedrooms, and clean. The kitchen had all the white goods, the pool was large enough and there was plenty of living space. We went as a family of 4 and chose this villa because we were concerned that a smaller place would not have been big enough - 2 families could stay here comfortably. The location is good as well, half way along the 192 and right near the Wallmart (Asda). We didn't have time to check the TV/cable etc. It ticked all the boxes for us.

My family and I were first time vacation home renters. We were a bit nervous with the whole experience. We are from Michigan and were also concerned about the rental owners residing in the UK. My family and I are here to say, "Put all your worries behind." We had a wonderful vacation. The home owner whom I only talked to through e-mail, was wonderful to deal with. We had a few concerns with the alarm system when we first arrived and the management company was there to walk us through any problem we had. The home is in a great location and has a awesome pool that my kids never wanted to get out of. We would diffidently rent this villa again.

First time and will return

We had 10 days in the villa and there was only 4 of us so we had so much space it was great.
Wal-Mart is just down the road with everything you need.The Villa is close to Disney and a 25-30 minute drive to Universal and Seaworld.Just a great central location.
We did not have the heating on and we still could not get the kids out of the pool.Every time we returned to the villa they went straight into the pool while we prepare something to eat.For something different I would recommend a day trip swimming with Manettes in Clearwater and a Airboat trip.The Medevial Time meal and show is a good night out but free drinks are limited to coffee and soft drinks which is not the way it is advertised I will be recommending this property to my family and friends.Thank you Mark when we go to orlando again we will us your villa again thanks again

We just came back from our vacation - April 2009 -
The villa is amazing - it was much better than what the pictures shows you. I was very nervous because I had never rented a villa before - it's definitely worth the money. You have so much room - the pool was great. Disney World was about 10-15 minutes away. You could walk to Walmart (where you can find anything that you might need). We are definitely going to rent this villa again. Mark thank you for everything. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

We can't express how wonderful this holiday was as our first visit to Orlando. The Villa is close to Disney and a 25-30 minute drive to Universal and Seaworld. A Great Location and also near wal mart which is great for items you may want to buy for breakfast/lunch or evening meals. The villa was very clean, tidy, spacious and very comfortable. The pool was lovely, we visited in October and would recommend pool heating. We certainly plan to return to Orlando in the future and would stay at this villa again. Restaurants we would recommend is Applebees and Chilli's both on US192, the rest of the time we ate at the theme parks and brought light bites for evening meals in wal mart. I will be recommending this property to my family and friends.
