Our luxurious air conditioned five bedroom villa sleeps up to ten people and is furnished to a high standard making it a real home from home vacation for you and your family. Our villa is located in Clear Creek which is conveniently situated in a very much sought after residential area. Located just off Highway 27 in a rural setting beside orange groves and ranch land.
There is a Post Office, Supermarket and choice of Restaurants just at the entrance with a wider choice on the Highway 27 at Cagan’s Crossing which boasts a Walmart Super store and a selection of restaurants including Taco Bell, McDonalds. Long John Silvers and more. There are more restaurants and shops on the renowned US 192, which is only 1 mile away.
Disney World with its world famous theme parks and excellent evening entertainment at Downtown Disney are just 15 minutes away. It’s also perfectly positioned as a base for visits to Universal Studio’s, the superb beaches and Kennedy Space Centre.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with side draw units and dressing table with mirror and a walk in closet. En-suite facilities include a double walk in shower, vanity wash basins and toilet including hairdryer.
Bedroom’s 2 & 3 have full-size beds with side draw units complete with large chest of draws and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom’s 4 & 5 have 2 two twin beds each with centre draw unit, chest of draws and fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom 2 has a full size bath with shower over, vanity wash basin and toilet including hair dryer.
Bathroom 3 has a vanity unit and toilet including hairdryer.
A patio door leads out to a large illuminated screened pool area with 4 cushioned sun loungers and tables. There is also a dining table and 6 chairs for when you decide to eat outdoors.
We have a large lounge with Cable TV, DVD and CD player. We also have a selection of books and DVDs for when you want to spend an evening indoors.
For your added comfort we have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the main living area. We also have a ceiling fan in the outdoor lanai seating area to shelter under if it gets too hot!
The dining area with oak table and chairs seats 6 comfortably.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a breakfast table and chairs, telephone (free local calls), full-size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, crockery and cutlery. Also provided, is a kettle and toaster.
A large washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available for your convenience.
